Cheaper substitute but no invoice price adjustment.
Ordered on line for collection in store. Arrived at store and one part could not be located although stock records showed it as existing, An alternative brand was substituted, which I was assured was comparable, as it was also "gold". No price adjustment was offered. When I returned home I noticed that the original brand and associated price was on the receipt, and when I checked on line I could see that the substituted part was cheaper. Wasn't worth the time and effort to return to the store to resolve, but not impressed with this dishonest business practice.
