although I put my registration number and 09 reg C3 picasso car details into the parts finder for a set of wiper blades for a later model that were incompatible with my car . I e mailed customer services on the 1st of august requesting instructions for returning this item for credit as of the 6th of august no reply so feedback can only be poor

Stood at the counter whilst two colleagues were talking about work, no acknowledgement. One walked past me and said nothing, continued there conversation from across the desks, eventually got told I’d be seen to in a moment.

Don't understand why buying online is so much less than coming in to the shop Then when parts are wrong the online system is blamed

Went to collect our online order at the time and day that was stated in the email and on arrival was told that order had not arrived. The store re ordered the part and we collected the following day.

Process of collecting orders was a shambles!(Preston store) 1 person serving and at least 5 others just sat in the sales office while 5 customers were waiting.

Really good prices. The first person that served me was lovely, and the person I spoke to on the phone was really accommodating when I told him that the part I had ordered was missing the bolt that it came with as there was a huge tear in the bag when I received it. He said to pop in store and they’ll swap it round. The third person found the part which was also missing the bolt. Between the second person and the third person, they decided to try and convince me that the bolt never came with the part in the first place, when it did. I pointed out that it was on the website listing to be told that the listing is “misleading” and wrong. It did come with a bolt because when I collected the part, the bolt was fixed to the end. The end was exposed as there was a huge tear in the flimsy bag it had been sent to GSF in, so in my travel home it came off and got lost. I didn’t really appreciate being told that it was never there in the first place when it’s quite clear that it is, both when I first received the product and on the online listing for the product. Wasn’t offered a refund for the missing part, just told to buy a new ball joint (an additional £20) to get the bolt, even though it is listed on their online listing as coming with the product and I know that it originally came with it too. Then, as I was trying to leave, the person who had just told me that the bolt never existed in the first place, asked me if I’m single. Not very professional. Overall, this could have been much better as I was quite pleased with GSF up until this point.

Ordered a total of five items which I duly collected to get home to find I had only been given four! Had to take time out which I could ill afford, in fact cost me time and money, to not even be given an apology. This was at Weston Super Mare

I wanted a butter cv boot for my car, you had 1 listed, to which I purchased, but after stripping the car down to fit the part, I then found out it the wrong boot, which your web site didn't state whether it's a inner or outer. So had to purchase the right one else where as you didn't do the right part.

Parts were excellent, service very poor, placed the order online, parts were not on stock but confirmed ready for collection the following day in the morning, went to pick my order at 5pm and I've been told that they don't accept cash as they've done the register for the day, and soon after they told me that my order was not available as apparently has been sent back to the branch they order it from as I didn't collect in the morning, despite the fact that they are stating on their website that they will hold it for 3 days, waste of time and money, to collect following day, but this time due to the obvious thrust issues I have phoned before departing to make sure my order is available.

Good prices on some items, cheaper than competitors. They offer a discount code for signing up to your newsletter. When you try to use it, it doesn’t work. Customer services useless! 2 star is what you deserve!!

I ordered a few items for click and collect that evening i went to pick them up after a while of looking around i was told some of the items were meant to be on shop floor but werent so would have to come back tomorrow for them - not ideal as is an hour return trip A couple of days later i went to pick them up and was waiting for over 10 minutes to be served i could see 4 people out back chatting and only one person serving . it took her over 5 minutes to bag the person in front of me items if i hadnt already payed for the items i would have left

Unfortunately I won't be ordering from GSF again until they change delivery companies. They use Evri and yet again a next day parcel hasn't arrived. This happens frequently. My vehicle is off the road awaiting part and no updates from Evri. No problem with GSF only the delivery company.
