Got the parts I wanted but unnecessary long wait at the collection desk on two occasions that I visited. Some customers walked out. Staff on phones and no acknowledgment of people waiting.

Ordering online is good, but why when picking up parts does it take ten minutes to fifteen minutes to collect. That's with nobody else waiting. I order from toolstation or screwing, I walk in pay and walk out.

Place an order which was okay but was delivered to the wrong address by their courier and now I have not received anything haven’t heard back from numerous emails, shows on the delivery that they were nowhere near my house from the photo . still waiting to hear back. ! I know it’s not their fault it’s the delivery company, but I don’t feel that I should suffer and not receive the items that I ordered .

Gave you correct details but you sent them to different address they owners of that address were away so did not get them for 3 days I suggest you link label printer to software taking orders and not rely staff that cannot check they have entered correct address

I am new to this store, interested in the click and collect service. I took advantage of the 20% off 'new customer' offer but made a mistake when I first ordered a new battery by not inputing the discount code. I re-enterred all the details and the web page showed the discount. However, when I got to the store, the original order had been processed, not the discounted one. The store manager said he could not do anything about this so I took the battery at full price and contacted customer services. Customer services repeatedly refered me back to the shop which I was unwilling to accept. Onlyy after repeated requests did Aaron agree to escalete the issue and I await the response 10 days on. Seriously disappointing customer care.

So, the delivery went like this; item went to DPD (that's you 1st mistake) yep they lost it! Had to wait over the weekend to be able to call 1st thing Monday morning. Very nice chap orders new part for 'next day delivery'. Next day (as in Tuesday) a waiting game I'm not good at so gave the very polite chaps at GSF a call "yep, it's on its way, be there by 6pm today" WEDNESDAY late afternoon I'm feeling a little frustrated so I call again "ah, yes it was dispatched today! You'll get it tomorrow"!! At this point I have given up on the next day delivery & hope it'll arrive within the week! UPDATE: This part didn't arrive either, DPD decided to send it back to GSF, I only found out when I called to find out what was going on because still hadn't received it. Now waiting on refund which should take 3 to 5 working days.....

Probably nothing wrong with the parts but ordered droplinks for a renault captur and was given droplinks for a suzuki. Didn't check them before I left the store , started the job and noticed they were much longer than the parts I was removing

I ordered my part online and then went to collect in Sharston. The gentleman that served me behaved like it was an inconvenience that I was there! Also when I received the box with my part in, it didn't list my car as one that they fit. I asked the gentleman who served me as I was confused because online it said it fitted my car, I got a shrug and a unwelcome face in response. No offer to help me identify if it was the correct part! Turns out the part was great and a good price, just a shame the experience was spoilt by the guy that served me!

Your discounts are a farce, its sign up and get 20%, first time use 10%, prices with a google search are lower that the site. you just reduce your prices 20% and make silly offers to make it look like its cheaper. you have a one time customer now GSF + caviat emptor

The part price was good. It was ordered on line. The website struggled to deal with my address so I had to use the click and collect service. I wanted to pay for it when I ordered it. As I could not I arranged for a friend the pick it up and ring me for the payment details. The person at the counter said it could not be done and I had the go the the branch, pay for it and pick it up myself. I have been in the motor industry for over 50 years and find this very backward.

I am giving this two stars as whilst the prices are good and placing the order and collection was fine the parts were incorrect. As a result on Sunday when I came to replace the oil filter ansd it was the wrong part, GSF were closed so I ended up running around to get the correct one, it cost me over an hour of my time and I had to pay over the top for the replacement. I then wasted more time taking the wrong part back for a refund. If you are going to show parts based on the registration number, you need to make sure they are correct !

Buying anything from GSF is like bartering in a Turkish baazar . The prices seem to vary from day to day amid a confusion of discounts codes that only partly offset the inflated RRP . Add to that the actual spec of the battery I collected was far below the advertised capacity despite sharing the same label. I was quoted a silly over the counter price for the correct spec before it was reduced to a more realistic but still high level after a challange . The staff are pleasant but they are operating in a business that I don't fully endorse as I want one low price not several limited time offers .
