I do not like doing this, but... I spent some time identifying the branch that had the part and ordered for collection.
When I arrived I was told that the part was not actually in stock in that branch!
TBF, home delivery was immediately offered but I needed the part ASAP.
Ended up going 50 miles out of my way to collect it from another branch which is not ideal.
Can I urge GSF to improve their online stock information as I have seen other customers experience this on previous occasions so this is not a one-off error.
Given the distance I need to travel for parts, it has made me not trust what the website is telling me.
