Very bad experience I don't think they have anything to do with customer service. My car alternator was taken after entering the number plate. I was given a completely different part, not the same one I needed. After I placed my order online, upon my arrival, more than six people were looking at me. I waited for about ten minutes. I understand if the person was busy, but one of them was watching TikTok. I returned with the parts to change them because they are not the part and they are the ones responsible. He refused to return the refund and said that the mistake was theirs and that he would give me the appropriate part for 175 pounds with a discount. I was surprised after that that he did not give me the original part, but gave me the fake one. After installing the part, it did not fit my car. I returned for the third time with the part and was shocked that the manager told us to provide you with a refund because the part was installed in the car. I don't think he looked at the online data, which indicates that the part can be returned after sixty days if it does not fit the customer. Anyway, I was going to tell him that I went to the store twice and was given a part that has nothing to do with what I ordered and that Uber should be charged twice for a round trip of about 32 pounds. The important thing is that you please make sure of any cat before taking it and never take it from this store because it really exhausted me and the new piece is still in the car’s cabinet. If you want it for free, I will return it to you.
