The staff at the luton branch are extremely rude on every interaction. Especially to customers who are not as well spoken as others. Customer service should top everything, afterall without the customers GSF would not be here. Unfortunately this has been the case at this branch for atleast 15 years now. Complete staff overhaul required with a more diverse spectrum.

Bought wipers from here, which I entered my reg into their checker and it told me they will fit onto my car. The driver side one did but the passenger one didn’t at all, this was very disappointing as I had my mot due the next day and needed the wipers. I wouldn’t recommend using their checker and trusting them with ‘it will fit’

Disappointed with Collection Experience I ordered parts from GSF and was told they were ready for collection. However, when I arrived, one of the items was still not available. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience, especially after being clearly told everything was ready. I expected better communication and accuracy. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

I purchased my order for parts online & went into the Coventry store to collect the next day. I received my parts once I gave my order number but did not receive any paperwork with them. I thought this was fine as everything relating to the transaction was emailed to myself. I realised that 2 of the parts were not required due to the state of the vehicle and went into the store to return these and was told by a store worker I couldn’t return these as I never had a paper copy of the parts when i collected. I explained I never received any paperwork from themselves only to be told I would have and without that I couldn’t return these parts. I left the store frustrated and spoke to a colleague online about my issues and was told by them the emails I’ve got with reference numbers is sufficient and I should go back to the store and tell them that! I did this and had to explain all this to the colleague at your store who eventually refunded me and took back the parts. Only to feel extremely frustrated with the whole process and i do appreciate the online help I received. I just wish the store colleague would have been that useful.

Been using GSF for a while now but after receiving one of their many marketing emails stating free gift if you click and collect today I did I purchased some oil filters, when to the store to collect and guess what no gifts as per marketing email !!, what a surprise store had no stock but new about the email sent to all its customer, Moral of the Story Never Never believe a word they say its all a con to get you in the store……

Really poor experience as a new customer. All parts showed as in stock and available for Click & Collect. I received an email saying my order was ready to pick up, but when I arrived, one of the items wasn’t available. Your website states: "Your local GSF store will receive, check, and pick your Click & Collect order ready for your arrival. Should there be any issues with the items ordered, the local store team will get in touch." This clearly didn’t happen. The parts were simply taken off the shelf on the day, and no one contacted me about the missing item. Now I don’t know whether to try again, because your website still shows the item as in stock — but in store, I’m told otherwise. Very poor communication and a frustrating experience.

Chap at the till made me wait 40mins and said if you want the same part now you need to pay a different price or come back in 30mins.

I orderd a de walt gun which said it would arrive by Wednesday then it came on Saturday and it wasnt even the right gun i then had to go over to the store 1 hour from where i live to get it sent back

ordered online confirmation email said ready at 10am, arrived at store after 11am no parts. got a text at 12.30pm parts are ready to collect drive back to store arrived around 1pm parts still not arrived, told that it was an automated text and parts should be here after 2pm. 3rd trip back to store after 2pm and collected. 2 wasted journey's and no apology. you need to sort out your online systems so they work with the store to stop people wasting there time.
