i went to ipswich gsf to pick up order allready ordered on line,The manager there gave my wife 3 oil filters saying they would fit ford fiestas They did not fit,we were messed about,had to get from an indepentant outlet.

What a shambles. Ordered items, they did not arrive. Chased up where they were to be told they had been damaged and a new parcel would be sent. This also did not arrive so had to call to cancel the order and buy from elsewhere. Not impressed.

Brought a brand new battery and it was completely flat not test before selling had to go back to store again and pick up another battery lost my car for a extra 24hrs and lost money

Not made clear that paying extra for next day delivery doesn't always mean you get next day delivery. Won't be using GSF again.

Service is awful got told parts would be delivered last Tuesday, still haven't received parts, emailed GSF and they haven't even replied. But still waiting for parts!!

Rubbish. Won’t order again. Paid up for express 24 hours shipping took 6 days. GSF blamed a third party. I didn’t order from the third party I ordered from GSF.

Unless it is an emergency, I will not be using again. Burgess Hill shop closed 20mins earlier than dvertised and Banbury store gave me concentrated coolant instead of ready mixed, which I only noticed after I had put 3.5L in the car. I had to syphon it out. When I submit a complaint to their chat bot they say I will be emailed with a ticket, nothing came through on email, no contact at all. I'll stick with Euro Car Parts.

I ordered brake pads and discs for my car over a week ago. I've received an oil filter and oil for the wrong car. I've had email discussions and the main concern from the agent was when they could collect the items that were sent to me by mistake. No mention of getting what I paid for sent to me. I then spoke to someone on the phone(when I managed to get the number), and they were apologetic and refunded my next day delivery charge. Also, they were going to order the correct items for me. Allowing for the bank holiday, I still have had no confirmation that what I ordered has been dispatched. So I still don't have my brakes. ā˜¹ļø
