Ordered my car part to Park Royal branch, it said it would be there by 10am the next day. I rang them just to make sure it would be and they assured me it would. I rang later on the same day to ask whether on the off chance it was there early and they said it’s not and it definitely will be there at 10am the next day. I traveled there from south of Fulham which took just over an hour and arrived at half 10. They said it’s not there and will be there by half 12. It’s an hour each way to get home and back. Ended up travelling an hour and a half to the Heathrow branch from there. I’ve never experienced such an awful service after all these years using GSF. Not even an apology.

Advertised wrong brake pads ,which are not right for my car , very inconvenient car was at ramp mechanic removed pads , got taxi way back store closed , Saturday 2 pm , Bought right pads from Euro car parts , lost of money and time very disappointed

Online service service sold me not only the wrong rear rotar disc but also rear pads were wrong.... Returned back to shop not happy customer. Rang Wolverhampton Headquarters after 10 day's said there sorting it out 😔 Still waiting for a refund 14 days on, will be sticking with Europarts from now on !!!

Product arrived but was no longer required. I sent it back to their ecommerce returns department who have never received it apparently and GSF are less than helpful. I've no longer got the part or the money... Will just pop to Euro Car Parts in future as they can get parts same day, same price and with a better returns policy... and less marketing email. Will never use GSF again.

Everytime you enter registration number the wrong parts are sent, without stepping a car down how are u supposed to know there are different ones,this has resulted in us losing money as we've had to go out and purchase the right ones elsewhere

Wipers are OK. Promotion offering free umbrella with this purchase is a con job. Rang call centre and was told I qualified for free offer but still didn't receive one. Won't get fooled again

Probably a great battery but it doesn’t fit the car that the parts finder told me it would. I was told there was no other part available and to take it back to store. I asked to send it back by courier and was told it would be sorted and I’d be contacted. However, after several days of hearing nothing, I drove to the nearest store (Hemel) to return it, and was told it was nothing to do with them because I’d bought it online. They would send it back but it would probably take several weeks (!!!). for a refund. The lady working on the till (who was new) was fantastic and very helpful. Seriously disappointed with their other staff & process.

Your system allowed me to place order and charge me for the oil. However, you then emailed two days later saying unable to supply product. I then waited a further 5 working days to receive refund to my bank.

i have not recieve my order weeks after making it, i have spoken to 3 staff memebr of yours and even staff of UPS everyone keep posting me over. i am in the midle of requsting for a refund now

Car battery didn’t arrive. Four days past and I was informed it had been damaged in transit. Needed battery urgently so rang GSF for a replacement only to be told they couldn’t send one . Asked for refund. STILL WAITING over two weeks now after original payment was made. STILL WAITING. I will not use this company again.

After finding on site ringing to ensure the part was right for my vehicle sending reg number and v5 they still managed to get the wrong parts delivered. Having to cancel my appointment with garage for fitting then had to return the wrong parts and wait for refund that could take weeks . Lesson learned go to main dealer it works out cheaper in the long run
