ordered online confirmation email said ready at 10am, arrived at store after 11am no parts.
got a text at 12.30pm parts are ready to collect drive back to store arrived around 1pm parts still not arrived, told that it was an automated text and parts should be here after 2pm.
3rd trip back to store after 2pm and collected.
2 wasted journey's and no apology.
you need to sort out your online systems so they work with the store to stop people wasting there time.
