I purchased my order for parts online & went into the Coventry store to collect the next day. I received my parts once I gave my order number but did not receive any paperwork with them. I thought this was fine as everything relating to the transaction was emailed to myself. I realised that 2 of the parts were not required due to the state of the vehicle and went into the store to return these and was told by a store worker I couldn’t return these as I never had a paper copy of the parts when i collected. I explained I never received any paperwork from themselves only to be told I would have and without that I couldn’t return these parts. I left the store frustrated and spoke to a colleague online about my issues and was told by them the emails I’ve got with reference numbers is sufficient and I should go back to the store and tell them that! I did this and had to explain all this to the colleague at your store who eventually refunded me and took back the parts. Only to feel extremely frustrated with the whole process and i do appreciate the online help I received. I just wish the store colleague would have been that useful.
