Disappointed with Collection Experience
I ordered parts from GSF and was told they were ready for collection. However, when I arrived, one of the items was still not available. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience, especially after being clearly told everything was ready. I expected better communication and accuracy. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.
