Really poor experience as a new customer.
All parts showed as in stock and available for Click & Collect. I received an email saying my order was ready to pick up, but when I arrived, one of the items wasn’t available.
Your website states:
"Your local GSF store will receive, check, and pick your Click & Collect order ready for your arrival. Should there be any issues with the items ordered, the local store team will get in touch."
This clearly didn’t happen. The parts were simply taken off the shelf on the day, and no one contacted me about the missing item.
Now I don’t know whether to try again, because your website still shows the item as in stock — but in store, I’m told otherwise.
Very poor communication and a frustrating experience.
