The staff at the luton branch are extremely rude on every interaction. Especially to customers who are not as well spoken as others. Customer service should top everything, afterall without the customers GSF would not be here. Unfortunately this has been the case at this branch for atleast 15 years now.
Complete staff overhaul required with a more diverse spectrum.
