The parts are fine but service is poor. What is the point of doing click and collect to then stand in a queue for 20+ mins to collect it.
There should be two people, one doing click and collect and the other answering quieres. Very ridiculous esp when someone is literally trying to collect something to bring their car back to the garage.
I even called the office whilst standing in the queue & was told I would just have to wait.
