Delivery was appalling. First time stated that there was no-one in when there were 3 adults and 2 children at the address (I suspect the delivery driver went to the wrong address). Second time it was actually delivered to the wrong address, Glenavon not Treiva. There are only 4 properties at the post code so not too difficult to get the right one (even Evri gets it right)

I ordered part with my car reg and I was given wrong parts. This is not the 1st time I am buying this same part from you. Couldn't get the job done because of this and I have not had to chance to bring it back.

This is the second oil sump plug i have purchased from gsf forest Town the first one was totally a different plug from the description the second plug leaked! Causing me to lose 2ltrs of oil to swap it back to the original!! Returned again for a refund.

Poor does not even begin to describe my experience with GSF, at best I would rate it as Pitifully Poor service for what was my first (and last) order placement. From initial order confirmation on 1st August to not hearing anything until I called them on 6th to enquire , promised and assured "that I will have complete order in couple of days"! subsequently only having 2 items delivered on 8th (out of 9 items ordered) waiting again until the 11th Aug then chasing again and finally 2 separate deliveries 2 days later !?? So much for "why shop with us" well I won't be again !

Put in car reg. Website offers the part and says will fit the car. Assembled the shock absorbers ready to fit. So now packaging is opened and springs compressed. Parts are no longer new. Strip the car down and find out the parts are not compatible. So you are stuck with the shocks that dont fit . Have to order from a different company. If your website says parts will fit the car after putting in the registration they need to fit. First and last purchase from GSF.

Paid for next day delivery as I needed it as an essential part for my mot the following day , came 4/5 days later with box ripped and battered. Had to pay for the same bits from an other shop. Customer service is pretty poor , would not use again

Can't order for click and collect Can't order some parts out of stock. Difficult to split order Very poor system Platform too clunky gor service parts It should be give priority But GSF would never listen to customers

Item never delivered - had to call up to find where the item was after a week, to be told it had been lost by the courier. Tracking number didn’t work on the web chat. Disappointed first time customer!

Hi I ordered for gsfcarparts online and i was surprised to get my order like a puzzle, in one day half of my order another day with different company i get a part after few days another part... supposed to be all together not item by item...

It seems your staff are not interested in providing a service. Extremely rude, no apology for making you wait, very abrupt when talking, no eye contact. It’s a case of get em in and get em out
