Used Evri for delivery, slow and no information from them, then found parts were wrong when car was stripped down ready Had to return them to a gsf store and they don’t send them back for a week so have to wait for refund, shocking service

If you want to shop in store don't bother. Went online to check availability of part's however I was unsure of the fitment details so I thought I would be better off going in store how wrong was I. Had to wait 20 minutes just to speak to someone at the desk plenty of people joking around in the background just no one willing to serve at the desk when someone did finally come out. I asked for the things I needed they wanted double the price that I was quoted online when I pointed this out to the person behind the counter he said that was the price and he couldn't match the online price in store. So I had to go out to the car park order the parts online wait an hour then go into store to collect the parts and pay for them. So in summary if you need to use the store to confirm fitment unless you want to be ripped off you will still need to order online, best thing is when you do order them online for collection you still can pay in store and you still have to wait while they go and pick it from the shelf. To all other customers at gsf even there trade customers with accounts that use the counter in store you are being ripped off I know this as a trade customer came in and ordered the one of the same items I had just brought online and he paid just under double the online price.

Generally good, but not this time. The confirmation email said to collect by 26th May, I turned up on 23rd May and it had already been returned. I was not pleased.

After ordering, received msg on iPad screen to say parts ready next day. No confirmation email received but called next day to confirm availability. Parts were on shelf, to collect. Travelled across the city to pick up and although ID was available, the counter guy wouldn't release the parts, despite explaining my order was on the shelf in my name. Useless.

unfortunately the parcel did not arrive on time, I had to intervene after a few days and re-order which also did not arrive because the courier acted according to instructions!!!! waste of time, nerves and money. better avoid

Ordered click and collect Parts have never been in. getting pretty fecked off with it now. Ordered brake parts yesterday. Parts should of been ready 10am today. No fecking part. Returned 2.30pm staff have no clue. Parts were in all the time but staff are too dumb to figure it out. Car was booked in for MOT 3pm today. You fecked me for the last time. I'm done with gsf

Used online discount code went to collect and the discount was not applied as they had to order the part in which took several days so could not use code even though the email showed it. Also tried opening a cash account as we run 8 vehicles several times chased it up but no response. Shocking customer service.

Unable to satisfy order due to delivery problems from 3rd party supplier. I appreciate things are sometimes difficult in this current climate, but don't send emails to say item has been despatched when it clearly hasn't. I requested a refund which was actioned promptly. A review of your suppliers is required, with the emphasis on lead times and delivery schedules.

Bought and paid for next day special delivery before 2pm. Didn't arrive. Didn't arrive on the Saturday either after being GUARANTEED by Morgan on the chat that it would be amd it ended up costing me 2 full days work after their mess up. Arrived Monday morning. Wasters time and completely useless. Interestingly....nobody has got back to me since I sent a final message on Monday upon its arrival, nobody has offered me a refund on my P&P and no sign of any compensation for costs incurred and money lost because of their incompetence. Disgraceful.
