Web site gave wrong wiper blades reference , wouldn't return without receipt, had to do another trip to gsf after finding receipt.

Dreadful service. Placed an order, got a DPD tracking note, parcel never got to DPD. I submitted a contact form which nobody replied to, so used their online chat - they tried to blame DPD for losing it, but the trackign was pretty clear they never gave it to DPD! The person I was chatting to then said they would reorder so I asked for a tracking number - they closed the chat! Eventually the battery arrived, but 4 days after I was expecting it, meaning I had no car for the weekend. Then I got a reply to the contact form I sent, 4 days after I submitted it! Really, really poor service, coupled with lying.

On Thursday 11/9 I went into your Wakefield store today for a small order 2 spark plugs. I had checked these were in stock the night previously and again just before I went into store. On trying to buy these I was told they were out of stock & the online information was only national stock. I showed my phone which showed local stock. I was told that I was wrong. I went back to my bike in the car park and ordered the plugs online for collection at Wakefield. Walked back into the shop and collected the plugs !!!!! The excuse was that the stock had just come in. This was obviously untrue as the stock showed the evening before.

Farnham branch gave me a wrong box of brake pads, the box number ended with 8241 and the receipt called for 8244, found out when trying to fit pads to customers car! Basingstoke (local) branch refused to swap for the correct pad box (with receipt) and stated that I had to drive all the way back to Farnham, which I had to do. Not happy!

I wanted to bring to your attention that my recent order did not include all of the items. I have received the other parts, but the DELPHI Brake Pad Set for both the front and rear are missing. I have raised a ticket.

Sent wrong part out. When I rang to get the right part .they said they don't stock the and the adviser admitted there are mistakes on there Web site. Definitely would not order again

Ordered a part online and chased it for almost 2 weeks after paying for express delivery to be told many different stories and it was being sorted to finally be told it’s out of stock and we will issue a refund ,not good service

Ordered ABS sensors,got a text to say they were ready to collect,waited 45 mins in a queue only to be told that they couldn’t find them,even though I was told the previous day that they would definitely be ready to collect ,absolute shambles,will not use again

I have placed my order and waited for two weeks, and my filter still not delivered. I contacted customer service and a staff said they can help me with the order and send it to me again. Then same thing happened, still got nothing from them. And finally for the third time, after talked to the staff again and got my filter few days later, which is almost a month from my first order date. Never thought that before and disappointing for the delivery service.
