I ordered a Simply XXL car cover on 22-02-2024 because of it being 572cm long. My car is 525cm long and it just fitted tightly where I was expecting a bit of slack on each end. It states the car cover is ' Fully Waterproof' but it leaked. The clips on the underbody straps are quite weak as if you try to tighten them the clips can pop undone. Last night with wind and rain the stitching on the strap ends failed and along the side edging of the cover so it all came off and is now totally saturated as is the car it was supposed to protect.

Very disappointed with the standard of customer service. It was shockingly bad. Input my car reg and was advised they had the part I had. When it arrived it was obvious that it was not compatible with my car. Contacted customer service to request return authorisation code to return to local branch as it had been delivered. No response to the request. Chased up a couple of days later via the online chat. The guy gave me the authorisation number and instead of emailing me the form that needed to be completed, he emailed me a copy of the web chat. Had to make contact again as I needed the form. No reply, chased up again then got a reply from 3 different people and finally got the form. Returned on 10th Feb, still waiting for refund - having to chase up again.

I ordered a car battery two weeks ago, I found out from the supplier that it was damaged, so they took it back, I didn't get any email from the company, I didn't get any feedback saying that I'm sorry or that I should wait or something, this company is nothing.

Ordered but you are unable to deliver. Wait 10 days and I had to chase to find out situation. Can’t reorder and now have to wait 4 days for the refund. Poor service.

Nothing wrong with GFS just wish they would use a good delivery service had to ring to find out where my order was to find courier had left it at post office five miles away no note to say that he had been very poor delivery service

Their deals used to be better and sometimes their codes dont even work .rang their customer services and rude operators

Only 1 box of a 2 box order arrived, no way of contacting a 'human' and phone number dosn't ever work. When in store staff are rude and act like you are interrupting their day!! I will put money on the company is collapsing

Contacted them twice about non delivery. No answer. Tried ringing customer services but the number they provided does not exist. A week into the order and dpd say they have not got it yet. See picture. Good service it is not.

Battery arrived having leaked in box. And stank of acid which I had to quickly wash off my hands. So have requested a refund as I had to go out and purchase another.

I ordered a car battery which apparently got delivered to the wrong address! I was then advised I could get another one sent out to me, it was only for me checking the status and make sure delivery would be met to be told the item was out of stock! In the end I had to order from somewhere else!

Came to late and the delivery driver carried the battery upside down even know there was a sticker on the box which way to carry it and it leaked battery fluid on my floor

Information held about vehicle details is false consequently will order part that is not compatible to your vehicle

It took over seven weeks for me to get this battery, after many failed telephone calls and messages of two sorts I finally got someone to say they would send another one out.
