Ordered headlamp bulbs online; was assured they were the right ones but when i collected them and went back to my car (parked in the GSF car park) and checked against the old bulb realised they were different. I walked straight back into the shop only to be told they couldn't accept returns of bulbs; I asked the staff where this policy was in writing on display or in policy documents, they were unable to show me anything but still refused to replace the bulbs with the correct ones. I had to pay again for the correct bulbs. I've shopped with GSF often in the past but in future will be buying from Europarts instead. Much better customer service and never been ripped off by Europarts. I collected the parts and returned to the shop within 3 minutes of walking out and not even having left the GSF car park just to be told that I could well have used the new bulbs within that time before trying to return them.... they were still in their packaging so clearly unused! GSF have lost another customer over this.
