Ordered 2 items for click and collect next day to repair a car for MOT
Was informed they would be ready for collection after 10a.m. next day
Travelled 12 miles to collect only to be told only 1 item was there
They couldn't understand why I was told it would be ready next Day as it usually takes 2 days
They also said they called me but they hadn't
So items not ready car couldn't be repaired in time all at my expense with travelling unnecessarily
