“Ordered 2 driveshafts, cost £234 said delivered within 2-3 days…waited nearly two weeks with no emails during this time”

“Went to collect the ordered part and it was incorrect. So had to return to the store later that day to collect the correct part. Although it was annoying to have to come back, I was impressed that you were able to get the correct part on the same day. Order no 1004245126”

“Order delivered in two days not next day as paid for. Asked for refund of delivery charge, UPS had the battery upside down in the van and it was handed over upsidedown.”

“I needed a replacement car battery urgently so chose to pay for the "next day" delivery if ordered before 4pm. I made the order before 2pm on a Wednesday. The parcel wasn't shipped until the Thursday evening so it was never going to be "next day". At that point, it was estimated to be delivered on Monday but did arrive on Friday afternoon. I requested a refund for the additional delivery charge but never received a response or a refund. The 3 stars is because the battery arrived and worked but the lack of response regarding the delivery has cost GSF any future business from me.”

“Really fast delivery and great communications about when items will arrive. However, GSF are really slow to process refunds and significantly less communication about the status of a refund for returned items. It should be the same experience when buying or returning. I’ll think twice about using GSF for this reason.”

“Purchased a set of roof bars using the registration number to select the correct ones. They arrived but clearly they should have been the next size up. I had no choice but fit them as I was leaving for our trip the next day but the gap between the two bars was only just enough for us to use but not enough to fit the roof box. The bars are good value just the wrong size!”

“Needed part for an MOT and dispatched quick enough but still not received ten days later. May be the fault of using the joke of a courier Evri but GSF offer delivery so it’s part of your service so use a reliable delivery service. I will consider other options next time.”

“GSF Swindon. My husband came in to buy a leisure battery and one of the staff, possibly called Matt, was very rude and ignorant. Luckily the lad on the desk was much more helpful and even felt the need to apologise for the behaviour of the other guy.”

“I ordered with next day delivery as needed the item urgently. Sadly Evri let the side down by failing to deliver, citing difficulty finding the address which is utter nonsense. Left me no option but to buy elsewhere which was annoying and added stress. However it must be said, GSF customer service responded instantly and intercepted the parcel so that I didn’t have the additional agg of having to return it. A refund was also paired immediately. That was a positive surprise and why I gave 3 stars. Such a shame they chose the notoriously flaky Evri as their delivery partner”

“Part received was not car specific and in actual fact universal. Having trouble connecting wires as they all same colour with no instructions. Is a Bosch part though”

“Quick delivery and good quality CV Boot of right size and correct rubber material. Clips were quite flimsy (thin in x-section) compared to OEM type and hub nut was in soft material and deformed threads when torqued up. Opted to put the original nut on which torqued up tight without any relaxation. Using the supplied nut would have been a safety concern.”

“Placed order for 2x synergy boost on 25th June, received delivery with only 1 item only. Rang next day to question order situation they said they will send one for Monday, waited till Friday still no delivery so had to ring back to find out what’s going on. Then eventually received the rest of my order 2 weeks later”
