Replaced front coil spring last year ,came to replace the other one this month ,price increased by £20 ,rang to see if he could do anything about price ,tried to sell me a different spring at a lower cost but when questioned if this was the same as previous one was told "thats the wrong one " even tho it says on your site that it's correct,when told this was OEM gold for the Peugeot 308 ,his reply was "o well it does fit "

Can't fault my purchase and delivery but my housemate ordered the same day and he is still waiting his purchase to be delivered,so far 2 lengthy phone calls and 2 resends by gsf still no order

didnt respond to my request after ordering, and when delivery arrived they had substituted a product that was probably out of stock without asking. speedy delivery and good products, but below what I expect on communication and customer service

i was given an incorrect oil filter even though the car reg was given. Then ended up having the garage put back the old filter. A replacement was then given which was also incorrect and the old filter had to put back in again. A third replacement filter eventually turned out to be correct which was then fitted. The entire experience was a nightmare luckily the garage was very considerate and they made three attempts to fit it, However the damage, inconvienance and time wasted was annoying and has not been compensated.

The ordering process was easy and the pricing was great. The customer service at the Croydon branch let it down. I was kept waiting for so long I was doing an online order with a competitor as my time was not valued. I was served before I could complete this. Very disappointed in this and will make me reevaluate further purchases, price is important to me, but service has to be there too!

3 stars are for the parts I paid for, The service at the counter was great, it’s just the pads are squeaking and grinding constantly, it’s sounded like car was broken when I first pulled off and they are still slightly noisy after a week, understand they need bedding in but I never experienced such noisy brakes once fitted on any car I have driven, won’t be buying brembos again.

Unfortunately after providing my registration the website directed me to the wrong part for my car. The item lacked any further description and I ordered it. However, the guy in the store was great. He recognised the problem immediately and made sure I got the right part for my car

I bought a coil pack along with 4 attached ht leads. When fitted to the car it missfired. The fault was that 2 of the ht leads wouldn't fit tightly on the spark plugs. A new set of ht leads bought from elsewhere fixed the problem.

Although I ordered using my Reg No the battery that arrived was too tall so you couldn't fit the hold down clamp. Extreme difficulty getting through to their service team so my wife contacted their MD. It was sorted quickly and to my satisfaction.

Battery was delivered upside down by DPD. Not GSF's fault, but when I informed GSF that might be an issue as acid had leaked out, I got zero response.

I was pleased with the ordering process and price quoted. However having received a call to say the items were ready for collection, upon arrival I discovered that only part of the order had been delivered causing me a second trip to collect them. Otherwise good service.

It was all going so well until it got to Evri and it got returned to the depot. A week later I asked for a refund which seemed to be a very smooth process. However I was told it would’ve been 3-5 working days to receive my refund, it’s been 6 days and still no sign.

Ordered a rocker gasket and it leaked. Decided to order one more in case it was just faulty and the gasket didn't line up. Went to main dealer who informed me there are two different versions for my car (same brand as GSF supplied) and neither were the ones supplied by GSF. This has never been a problem before as I've used them for many parts. Service is always great though.
