Initially good but why can customer services not be contacted by anyway other than email. I’d ordered parts but had made an error so wanted to cancel prior to the parts being dispatched. This was received by customer services via email too late.

Ordered a matching set of four spark plugs, and two different types arrived (two of each) - customer services were good to resolve but a basic mistake that shouldn't have arisen in the first instance.

Ordered discs and pads for home delivery, but only the discs arrived. Spoke to the helpline and they were very good at giving a refund and reserving pads at the local store for my collection. The whole point of using the home delivery was to save time and petro, but it would have been easyer to have driven down in the beginning. Dont trust home delivery now.

Both inner and outer boxes damaged & the brake discs were sticking out as they were stood up when packed! No packing between inner & outer boxes. Badly packed

Part that I ordered for my car was wrong size and delivery took longer as I paid extra for delivery which was later sent as normal 3-5 working days

OVERPRICED WITHOUT THE DISCOUNT, i WANT A CLUTCH FRICTION PLATE BUT YOU ONLY SELL THE KIT WITH PRESSURE PLATE WHICH i DON'T NEED.

Ordered my parts for next day delivery pre- noon Β£8.95 I did receive them next day but at 5pm So had to call (20 minutes before they answered) to ask for a refund of delivery charge which they obliged. Also the security tag on the box had been broken.

First delivery was perfect, second one the oil had leaked. Only half a litre but annoying all the same. Tried to email gsf but it wouldn't send. Probably won't stop me buying from them again as price is very good.

I like GSF for parts as their prices are very reasonable however this is the second time I have used the delivery service and my item has been lost, I've had to chase up my items and get replacements. To be fair GSF have been great at responding to replace items, but it is frustrating

Online service is good but shop service leaves a little to be desired. I've been there a few times and the front desk staff seem like they can't be bothered. Really old school one word answer not my problem don't care whether you do or don't customer service. I think as times change so should service adapt, to some basic expectations of feeling welcomed.

Unfortunately they forgot to put the address on the parcel so I took a days annual leave for nothing. Nightmare getting in touch with UPS who then changed delivery to the following Monday. Yet to put the battery on so can’t comment on that as yet.

The customer service and delivery of the part was fine but it had the wrong connectors for my car. I had to modify my vehicle wiring by fitting spade connectors.

The Gsf website is easy to use and good price for parts but let down by DPD couriers. Parcel was delivered to a pickup point and not the address given. When quizzed about it they said I had requested it. I gave my work address as my car is in our workshop in pieces awaiting the car partsfrom yourselves. I even paid extra for next day delivery. So I am not very happy with the delivery service πŸ˜’ πŸ˜‘ 😐

The people that I had over the phone have tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, they have not succeeded to find the right battery for my car even WHEN GIVEN THE REGISTRATION AND ALL WHAT WAS ASKED. I have received two time the wrong battery.

it is great to get a %65 discount online. however you have to wait 20 minutes to get the items you need to wait 30 minutes.
