Ordered a tool and paid over eight pounds for next day delivery.
The tracking number did not work, and it did not arrive. Customer service telephone was not answered after 15 minutes. I tried several times with the same result. Customer service email bounced, not surprising because the address given was a ‘no reply’ address.
Eventually I called the local GSF business in Peterborough. It then arrived the next day. The tool is OK, but there is a problem with the online ordering. Postage promise not honoured despite paying a lot for delivery.
Communication non existent .
