I’m really disappointed and angry that the battery was incorrect for my vehicle despite GSF website using the vehicle registration stated it was suitable for my vehicle. Furthermore I paid >£10 for special next day delivery and the delivery took two days to arrive! I took the battery back to the Hemel Hempstead branch in original delivery packaging (unopened). They told me I needed to complete the return form and proof of return form, and reluctantly gave me copies to complete in store however they told me I must get an authorisation code to put on the form. They then disappeared and did not advise how to get the code. I sent a message request to customer service as they were offline and there was no phone number to call listed on the website. I ended up going home again with the battery as I couldn’t do anything else! Customer service responded a day later to say that the return authorisation was not required and their process had changed 6 months ago! All in all a complete waste of time and money and I still haven’t been able to return the order to get a refund!
