“From this experience I would think twice buying or recommend anyone to buy from this company. The part (oil filter) wouldn't fit my car even though their website (using my car registration) said it would. The staff at the store told me not to trust their online system as none of the 8 listed on their website were displayed on their store's system. Even worse, the one listed on their store's system was not one of the 8 that were listed on their online system. The staff refused to refund initially due to the rubber ring was greased in preparation for the car service. After much debate, he would only accept a refund providing I have the receipt as order no. and emails to confirm I've bought the parts is not good enough. I would accept this rule gracefully had they told me I had to keep the physical receipt at the point of collection for any refund...The part is only £5 but their method of doing business is questionable.”

“Part was shown in stock for click and collect However went to collect order next day and was told not a stock part but could be ordered. Had to go to an alternative parts seller who stocked the parts they advertised and collected Same day.”
