“I ordered my part using a promo code to get 30% of when I paid it didn’t look like it had taken of the discount, when I went to collect the part I mentioned this to the staff, they looked into it and said it hadn’t done it, and ask if I had done it through my mobile, which I had. They then told me that had been issue with ordering through mobiles as it was not adding the promo price, even though it was saying it had on my phone. I asked if they could refund the discount price and I was told no, I would have to take a full refund and then reorder on pc. I needed the parts as had vehicle to repair and just did not have the time to do all that as my customer was waiting for me, because of this I think I less lightly to GSF again.”

“I ordered on-line a car battery that said it was in stock. After placing the order it said it wasn’t in stock and would arrive the following day. The following day I received a call to say the order hadn’t arrived and would now arrive the following day. If I’d have known it was going to take another 2 days I probably would have gone elsewhere”

“Pre -paid for recent order online because I needed up to seven days to collect as I wasn't sure when I could pick up the order. I received a phone call direct from shop after 2 days asking me when I was coming into collect as the part would be sent back in to stock at end of next day. I had to point out the company policy states the customer has up to 7 days to collect if pre- paid,the caller didn't seem to know his own policy and was about short over the phone. When I picked up the part on the day after the phone call,the employee remembered calling me and admitted he was unfamiliar with the company policy. I was a little unimpressed with the whole experience!”

“Poor and rude service from office staff at Skipton branch when I called to collect a part for my car when the man at the parts desk was in the warehouse temporarily. Despite this when he returned to the parts desk he was very accommodating.”
