“Placed an order on 14/4 - awful customer service. Placed an order on 14/4, advised on screen, order now to get delivery tomorrow. Email from DPD to say dispatched, to then get another saying still waiting on part from supplier. Zoe at @GSF said 3-5 days - now 14 days since ordering, nothing. Emailed them, to get a response back saying, sorry for the delay, how can i help - it was on the email you are replying too. Inept company and staff, still no refund or part.”

“Dishonourable about sums them up… I questioned an online price for one of their products… that came up in a google search; that was vastly cheaper than their actual sales price… only to be ignored / stalled until they could change it online & disregard my valid query! Pathetic!”
