“Extremely slow at the shop waited 25 minutes to get served and only 2 people ahead of me. One person on the desk. Needed another person to help. The guy who served me was lovely but he needed another member of staff to help out. Parts were good, one box of brake pads had already been opened and were out of the plastic. Reduce the time customers have to wait to get served in the shop and maybe 5 stars next time.”

“Orderd BOS0242229656 bosch Suppressed spark plug - wr8dc+, the spark plug is actually a wr8dc, the differance is the removeable cap, the cap needed to be removed for my application and as such these plugs were useless, did not return as the fuel cost for the journey was not worth it.”

“I purchased some part from one Branch of GSF and when I got home I found the oil filter box had already been opened and some parts were missing. I went to get a replacement the next day from another branch. They didn't have one, so had to order one in. On my third visit they gave me an already open box with a grimey filter (photo). I said I wasn't happy to accept that, so was told they would have to order another in. This would have meant 4 visits! Luckily he found another one in stock that wasn't second. The whole experience was quite frustrating.”
