“Price good. Waited ages at collection point. Staff member was busy but others in open plan sales office chatting socially/ laughing/ drinking. I called to ask if they could help and they said to wait. Lady on service point broke off what she was doing to then serve me. I’d suggest that staff who aren’t busy could help when they see people waiting.”

“Having in April purchased a battery (Excide) from Tanya Batteries for my Wifes Fiat 500. Last week it refused to start the battery was totally drained. The battery had a decent warranty but by the time you have to pay to return it for i investigation it renders one car less. No good having to wait days the warranty was in effect a waste of time. I spoke to the mechanic that came out to check the.pronlem and he suggested picking one from a.local supplier thus in.tje event of any future issues it can be resolved instantly. I checked on libe and GSF gad a 3 year warranty battery at a great price, same output etc as the duff one. Ordered on.line mechanic collected and fitted within in the hour. This is proper service.”

“Poor service when I went to collect my order,I were thinking better 9ff buying from some other shops as staff is too slow my order were sitting there but the guy in the counter were just passing his time and the rest were just sitting instead of getting the orders out”

“Order oil filter online picked it up halfway through the oil change discoverd the packaging contained the wrong filter and was missing the crush washer and filter housing seal. Email customer services and have had no response.”
