Thankfully it was reasonably inexpensive so I acquired one elsewhere that was more local, rather than spend time and fuel going all the way back. Double check the recommended parts EVEN if you use your reg!”

“I ordered and paid for a control arm which GSF said would be delivered in 2 to 3 days.After a few days I contacted GSF to enquire when it would be delivered only to be told that there was a stock error and the part was not available and I would get a refund.No alternative offered.Very disappointed with service but managed to get the part the same day from Jim Barrow on the same estate as GSF in Prenton.At least I have managed to find a reliable parts supplier for future parts so not all bad news”

“Happy with the parts and price, however when collecting from Sheffield North I was stood waiting at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged by the staff milling around. A couple even looked me in the eye, and then carried on with what they were doing. Even just a, "someone will be with you in a moment" would have been appreciated. Eventually someone got up from their desk to serve me, and apologised for the wait.”
