“Last week I bought a new car battery for my partners Peugeot 108. After pricing a new battery online GSFCar parts.com came up with a great discount and were the cheapest. I picked it up within 30 minutes. A great service and a great price for a new battery. I recommend this company for new car parts and would definitely use them again in the future.”

“Went to pick up order and nobody was at reception for what felt likes ages. Then I knocked on the window to get the attention of a staff member sat in the room on the phone with ‘0’ calls in the queue showing on the big screen. He put his hands up and refused to come out to help. Then I had to go to the warehouse to get someone to come and help. That lady managed to get someone else out the back and finally help get us customers served. A simple process was dealt with so poorly.”

“Very disappointed with the service from GSF Car Parts. I ordered a clutch kit online using my car registration number on the GSF website, trusting that the system would identify the correct part for my vehicle. I also purchased it with a 30% online discount. The next day, I collected the part and took it to my mechanic, only to be told that it was the wrong one. I had to return to GSF to get it changed. However, when they replaced the part, they refused to honour the original discount and charged me an extra £60! I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay more because the part selected through your own website was incorrect. I placed the order in good faith, relying on your website to provide the correct part for my car. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and a fair solution, not to be left out of pocket because of an issue with the original order. I would like GSF Car Parts to review this matter and refund the additional £60 I was charged. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this issue fairly.”

“I ordered the parts on the basis they were next day delivery. Unfortunately that didn't happen. They were delayed by a day, with no one to accept the delivery. if I'd have known they weren't coming from the local branch I would have ordered them click and collect and fetched them.”
