“Awful experience ever!! I ordered online and received a confirmation email which stated that all items would be available from 10 a.m. tomorrow for pickup. Next day, I visited the branch after 10 a.m. to collect my order and was told that one of the items wasn’t available and would be available at 12 p.m. I asked the member of staff to call me, which he did—but only after three days!!! He told me that the system doesn’t reflect the actual amount of items in stock, which is what caused the issue. I went back to the branch and cancelled the remaining item, but I still haven’t received my refund! What a mess! I’ve decided that I won’t be shopping there anymore and will go to more trustworthy and hussle free places instead.”

“Website is shocking! You put in the reg and parts come up and say they don’t fit the vehicle. So you end up trawling the site for stuff that fit there is no point in putting in the reg in the first place! Also you put in the part to fit near side or offside and parts come up for the opposite side! The website search needs to be updated!! Had to change parts twice so ordering of line was a waist of money unless you go in but when you do that as I found out you don’t get the discount! So spent the whole day returning and replacing Shocking!!!”

“Parts I received were correct but customer service is virtually non responsive. I'm waiting for a refund of roughly £120 for 2 calipers I exchanged for new ones and haven't heard a word about them, no response and no information about when I might get the money back.”

“I found when ordering parts online a little bit confusing and ordered a duplicate of one item. I also missed out on a discount code. One of my order was not available at pick up. On returning next day, I was a bit disturbed to witness a transaction which appeared suspect , cash only, ''I have given you all discount codes'' lots of hugging going on .”

“The vacuum bleed kit I ordered was faulty, 1-5. Contacted the company and they offered a refund. I posted it back to them as I could not get to the shop I bought it from. 5-5 for customer service.”
