“Shcking service. Deliered with no paperwork and was short on what was ordeed. Only way to contact was through chatbot, which was utter rubbish as no one got back. If youiare going to use a chatbot, then use one properly. The parts that were in the delivered package were incorrect to the car specifiued. remaining delivey turned up several days after, no explanation that there would be two dleiveries and to this day, no one got back from the chatbot message. Wont use you again”

“Generally good parts and service. On this occasion the part I ordered for home delivery was broken. Returned to a fairly local store who ordered the replacement which I was able to pick up the next day. I did however have to pay for the replacement whilst I waited for a refund on the damaged/broken part. This is not really good enough and it should have been a straight forward exchange. Inconvenient and fortunately I had funds to do this. Suspect this is due to the home delivery? Not good enough and you could do better”
