“Ordered parts, website said they were in stock at my choice of store. Went to pick up next morning to fit parts having arranged the day off work to do so and got told they wouldnt be in till following day. Asked for refund which they arranged and I would recieve in 3-5 days, leaving me to find the money again untill money arrived back in bank. Very poor show.”

“GSF website has issues. I picked a basket of 10 items. At checkout, it wouldn't allow me to click and collect or have home delivery. Contact for delivery advice. Contact who? My local store said Birmingham but couldn't give a number. Rang help line and was told that it's because I have picked the wrong brands!!! So, split my order into two, one click and collect the other home delivery. All OK except that two delivered items were incorrect for my vehicle ( even when using my number plate to pick). My click and collect wasn't much better. The guy allowed me to pay for my order before informing me two items were out of stock. Not satisfactory. Sort it out GSF or my custom is gone.”
