“The fact you were open on Bank Holiday Monday was a REAL relief as a hobby mechanic trying to prepare for an MOT first thing the next morning! Then, when the parts weren't needed(!), the returns policy and process was simple and efficient. Great, friendly service and efficiency!? Great combination people! ;)”

“The item that I bought (rechargeable gas for air con R134A) was unsealed and already used. The manufacturer says I could use it on 3-4 cars, and I used it on 1 car and for the second one, the bottle was already low pressure. Never buy again from them.”

“I saw what I wanted online, but decided to go to the store and get it as I needed it urgently. I saw the item, but it was about 4 time more expensive. I inform that I wanted the price I saw online. The sales rep said it's the online price only. I decided to get it online, which I did. I then waited over 30mins before my purchase came through.”
