“Ordered part was told it would arrive by Tuesday the 14th of April if not please allow 2 to 4 working days it’s now Sunday the 19th still no part I’ve had no choice to go elsewhere to get the part, online chat is useless also when you email you they tell you to wait 2 to 5 days and the day they emailed was day 5 would not use again”

“The part did fit my car, I went to the Cannock in Staffordshire store. The were three men employees and none of them seemed very pleasant or had any social skills. I mentioning it to someone who's works at a garage and he said he had in the past spoken on the phone and was not impressed by them. Please try to train your employees better, for now I will stick to Euro Car Parts”

“I placed an order online. The item had a 25% discount automatically applied to it, making it £67 instead of £90. However after purchasing the item I realised it had charged me full price instead. When I went to collect it I was told I would have to message the online chat to sort the partial refund out as they couldn't do it in store. This was a Saturday and the web chat isn't manned over the weekend. It was a faff sorting it and it's put me off purchasing anything from here again”
