“Repeatedly given substitute parts when I order something and more often than not, substitutes are not suitable for my vehicle. This generally happens when collecting orders. Complete lack of ownership of the issue, resulting in repeated trips to the store, costing excessive time and petrol and too frequently having to put off jobs to another day. Used to be my go-to parts place, now it's last resort that I resent handing over any money to.”

“The website is difficult to navigate and not very user friendly. The order started it was ready for collection and when I arrived at the shop it wasn't ready and all of it wasn't in stock. The brake discs show two discs in a box but it is only one disc in the box. Probably won't be using GSF again.”

“Needed a new car battery urgently. Ordered online with no issues and a current deal of 30% off batteries which was an added bonus. Great communication from the local branch informing me that my that my order would be ready earlier than originally stated.”

“I was given the wrong spark plug on a click and collect order. Perhaps my fault for not comparing it to the one I took out, but it ended up damaging a piston. Apart from that, I've always had a good experience with GSF. However, I will be checking what I'm given more thoroughly in future”
