“Lad behind the counter had less personality than the chicken I ate at dinner. Had a discount online and made a fuss of it, couldn't be bothered to talk about it too much for the sake of £7 as part of mine was broken and needed it.”

“At the Exeter store to collect my order I had placed the evening before, my online experience was easy and I appreciated the discount I received. I had to wait about 10 minutes to be served as the assistant was serving another customer, no apology for having to wait, no smile and no warm and friendly feeling. I would say she was rather miserable! First time I had visited the store to collect my order. I could hear about 5 people talking around the corner whilst I just stood there waiting. It didn’t make me feel very welcome. The windscreen wash I purchased was excellent and much better the rain-x rain repellent and better value.”
