“Ony one operator at the counter, waited 25 minutes just to collect an on-line order, two potential customers walked out in disgust, presumably to take their business elsewhere. Will be reluctant to place any further orders, more than likely shop eslewhere.”

“The supplied parts were all fine, my only criticism would be that as it was a fairly large order everything arrived separately over a few days. It would have been helpful to know this would happen in advance as I wasted time trying to chase the rest of the order when only a few bits turned up initially”
