“Good prices but website and customer support need work. I ordered a battery for delivery to a DPD parcel locker as home delivery was £20 but I received no communication to tell me when to collect the item. The online order just said "Processing" I tried contacting customer services by chat and email but no response. Eventually I rang GSF a week later and, after 40mins on hold, they told me the item had been delivered to the Parcel shop and gave me the tracking number but as I had no collection details I could not collect it. I called DPD and they said it had been returned to sender as no one had collected it. So I had to call GSF back again and cancel the order. I then ordered again for delivery to a local GSF shop. That was supposed to be next day but again there was no confirmation it was ready so I had to call every day for 4 days until it was available. I then collected and paid for it without issue. If I compare this to other online vendors they are much better with telling you by email and text when items are available for collection. They also respond to chat and emails.”
