“Staff was very unhelpful. didn't processed my order for the locker so I had to wait for the next day. Although i did rang the branch and informed them to process my order, it was placed at 3pm and wasn't processed till next morning when i arrived in person!!!”

“Waited 15 minutes in a queue to find out what i ordered for click and collect was out of stock. Advised to go to a different store. They had to phone the original store to confirm that's what had been agreed.”

“The part was not needed in the end so I had to go back to return it. On both occasions of going to the store I found the staff not very quick to come to the counter, I could hear them chatting and when the sales assistant did come he was not very welcoming, to be honest he thought he was rude. Because of this I would not use them again. The product was good but customer care was terrible.”

“Couldn’t track the items so didn’t know where they were. Had to buy the parts elsewhere so will now need a refund. Have used gsf many times and have always had a positive experience . Don’t know went wrong here! Not got as refund yet”

“Ordered oil, filter air filter and cabin filter on line. All items suppose to be in store. When I went to collect them no oil or cabin filter. Had to wait 3 hrs as they needed to be collected from Heathrow.”
