“Normally GSF is excellent but on my last visit I was given a part different to the one I'd ordered. It was exchanged without issue but the time lost was an inconvenience. However, it won't stop me using them again.”

“Ordering and paying for the goods on the website went without any hassle, along with the notification that the goods had been picked and were ready to be picked up. The problem lies in when it comes to picking up the goods, that have already been payed for, and are available to be picked up, in that I have to queue up for 20 minutes behind everyone else, who haven't used the website, and the majority of cases, don't actually know what they want, and are relying on the customer service person to advice them as to the correct products they need. Could there be a separate counter or person available to hand over the prepicked, prepayed goods, otherwise it's a waste of time doing this.”

“Six men chatting and completely ignored me standing at the counter waiting to collect an item . Felt like I was disturbing them which is not good customer service.One man then got up and found my item -he was polite but the damage had already been done”

“I ordered some brake parts from GSF just had to wait a couple of days for the parts to be delivered to my local branch as they were not already in stock then went in to collect them. I also phoned my local branch after putting the order through and they checked that the parts would be suitable for my year model for me as there is usually more than 1 part it could be. I found GSF to be very competitive with their pricing and would recommend them for car parts. The staff at my local branch also very helpful if you ask for some help.”
