“Great service no delays and really pleasant assistant in shop”

“Have no complaints with the staff at Hemel Hempstead . Just the level of counter service when you go in there. The wait to be served is always soo long and there never seems to be any urgency or willingness to get staff to jump onto the front counter and help even temporarily just until the queue goes down. It says your order is ready for collection online but actually it isn’t, they then have to go & find the parts , pick it & bring it out. That side of it is rubbish. The prices are competitive but let down by poor customer service in the store.”

“I have given you a POOR because your website is a mess and does not allow you to order or pay for items. Also it is sentmental and does not show all your products. If one were to go to a branch to get thie product it will be the higher price with no discount. Other spares companies are offering 60% but nort GSF.”

“You gave me the wrong size parts than refuze to exchange those with the ones that fit on the vehicle on the excuze of NO RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. Leaving your shop with both first set provided by you based and your system and a second pair bought on my aknowledge payd for. You keep the money. Not my preferred shop anymore”

“Easy to order a new windscreen wiper, and the price seemed good. However, there was a very long wait to collect it in store, due to slow handling of previous costomers and difficulty in finding the part”

“Ordered 4 items Thursday, email said they would be in Friday. Went to gsf Aintree on saturday, only two in. Email received Monday telling me to pick up. To make sure I rang and customer service person said they are in. Went in and they were not in. Third time they were in (6 days later) . A total of 1 hour 55mins travel time plus diesel for £8 worth of goods. No compensation offered. Very poor.”
