“Dear customer service team. I placed and paid for a home delivery of what I was led to believe were a pair of gas struts for my Ford Fiesta. Your Web site clearly states : SKU-ROC8127571 Gas Struts - Rear The delivery was delivered today 18th February. I have know idea of the time, all I do know is that it was left out in the pouring rain all day as the box was soaked through. When I opened the box I was dismayed to see only one gas strut, not struts as your Web site indicates. This clearly is misrepresentation as I ordered what I believed to be a pair. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter. Yours Mr Max Burrows.”

“Easy to order on line but the confirmation email which I was told to expect didn’t arrive so I had to call the branch to confirm. When collecting the customer queue was out the door so had to wait 20 mins so increased staffing would have helped. The part worked fine and the price with discount code was fair. None of these are major issues but certainly opportunity's to improve customer experience.”
