“It’s not the part that’s the issue nor the price it’s the long wait when collecting the part. There was 8people in queue with some asking about parts and the wonderful chap checking availability etc then there’s people like me in queue whom have already ordered paid and waiting to collect, waited 30mins. First time I thought it was a one off but then happened again. I’d recommend you keep another man on standby to help at front rather than to be joking around in the back genuinely that’s all u need to do. Would I come back probably would when I’m trying to save customers money but then losing my time is me losing money!!!! Just fix up get another guy on standby”

“I ordered my items for click and collect to pay at the desk when picking up. Firstly, one of the items I ordered was wrong, they managed to replace the item from the store. Secondly, I was quoted the cost would be £109.99 but was told that was wrong and it should be £121.99. I said that price would have been for the wrong item but the staff would not accept it and said the extra was something else. Thirdly I e-mailed GSF explaining and asking for a refund but I received no reply. I wont be using GSF again.”
