“I made an order on Friday 11th of September, and it didn't turn up, so contacted you on 17th, to which you said you didn't know where it was and would send me it out again on express delivery so I would have it on Friday 18th still have not received it and customer is know going mad at me. I have no emails to so where it is or what's happening.”

“Looked the part up on the website entered my registration and ordered a front spring for my polo when it came to fit it found out it was for a mini cooper. phoned the local GSF and they said it was the right spring even though it said mini cooper on the packaging”

“Staff must have new as they didn't seem to know what they were doing & provided the wrong item, when challenged they said they would have to do a refund as this was the part that was ordered, when the different part numbers were pointed out the correct item was supplied. Not good customer service.”

“Everytime had problems either wrong parts or second hand ones visible ware and tear. Last time they got me the part after 3 days on the delivery date....and eventually brought a use one asking for the full price ...disgusting”

“I went onto the ordering website as I wanted a number of items to service my car. When I chose the items, half weren't available for click and collect and the other half weren't available for home delivery so I ended up having to choose alternatives which may have been a compromise on quality and/or price. Yes, there is choice, but choices are limited.”
