The part didn't fit. It was a Bosch and I broke it trying to force it on. I went to the dealership and paid over three times as much for the genuine part.

Ordered on line easily. Waited for an hour but no message saying ready but yes as it says on the small print looks in spam folder!! On arrival wrong battery given (was the same brand) and after discussing this and checks made on the battery a 2nd one, the correct one was supplied. Shouldn't have to do this

After a long wait at the click and collect the parts were found to be incorrect due to wrongly listed. After another long wait the correct part was found but at a more expensive price. This was the second time I had used GSF having a simular experience the first time. Don't think GSF will be my first choice next time.

Dear GSF Car Parts Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally complain about the conduct of one of your delivery drivers working at the Unit 16, Bessemer Road, Cardiff CF11 8BA branch. Date: 02-05-2026 Time: 10:20 Am Location: Customer Parking outside GSF Branch Driver Name: Not Provided Vehicle Registration of the driver: DY75 BVH On Saturday 02-05-2026, I went to pick up my order Ref# 1010591360 and as soon as I pulled up in the customer parking area, a GSF Van driver, which arrived seconds before and was on the kerb of the footpath along the customer parking area, came out shouting. I stepped outside my vehicle, could not understand what I have done wrong and asked him politely not to shout. But he was so angry and aggressive and came towards me in threating behaviour using abusive and vulgar language. Frustrated, I shouted back asking to mind his language and to speak to his manager. The behaviour of the driver was extremely rude and I did not want to engage further as I was concerned about my own safety. I went inside the branch but he did not stop and continued shouting and hurling all the insulting words ranging from profanity to abusive demeaning phrases. After picking up my order I asked the gentleman at the counter about the complaint procedure and wish to speak to the Branch manager. He advised me to ring on Tuesday as the branch manager (Steve) was not in that day. I generally do not complain and let things slide but this kind of insulting behaviour was extreme of the extreme. The employee behaviour is a direct reflection of a company’s culture, values, and organization's core principles. You can confirm and verify my statement about this incident at that time by looking at the CCTV installed in this particular branch. I have dashcam in my car and all the altercation with voice has been recorded just in case if you need the evidence. All in all effective company reputation damage control requires immediate and transparent action and I look forward to hearing your response confirming what action has been taken regarding this matter. I expect a prompt investigation into this matter not only to protect myself in the future but other customers too. Yours sincerely, Mian Shakir Ali
