“The spark plug that your store assistant ordered for me in store was the wrong fit for my car but was unable to return it because the mechanic had opened and installed it. it was when the engine misfired we realised it was the wrong plug. The oil filter I ordered online using my car details was also the wrong fit. the mechanic had to re-order the spark plug and oil filter from Eurocar part with the same details and it was the right fit.”

“Very very poor service i purchased my battery for car 3 months ago and i lost my invoice i showed my tranche receipt though no warranty and finally they said no details on the purchased invoice in system, if I contact store they are passing to customer support and i had contact support team they passing hands to store team still my product issue is unresolved.”
