“Great company to deal with. Staff couldn't be more helpful. In the end I had to return my purchase as through no fault of GSF it was not compatible with my vehicle. They tried to source an alternative and being unable to they quickly sorted my refund to my card. Will definitely use again.”

“The lady who was on the desk was rude . I asked if the product I wanted was in stock as I checked online before I went she was chewing gum and blowing bubbles she tapped a few keys on her computer and said it was not in stock . No offer to order one . I then sat in my car in your car park and ordered it online . Guess what ! My order would be ready within half an hour . I actually got a message 15 mins later to say it was ready . Unfortunately I had to deal with this same lady when I told her I had ordered it online In the carpark she just shrugged her shoulders. It gets better ,Unfortunately the item had missing parts .I went back and guess what I had to deal with her a third time ! I explained that parts were missing and told her which parts. I asked to order another . The lady said it would be available after 3.30 that afternoon I said I will pick up the following day as I really didn't want to have more dealings with her . I went back the next day a gentleman was working the desk and he couldn't have been more helpful . He checked that I had all the parts required and said if there was any problems to come back and see him . A far better experience on that occasion.”

“Placed order ,eight days pass no contact from gsf, no delivery, phoned this morning helpline doesn’t open till 9am. The guy on phone did something was very vague , said it would be delivered tomorrow.”
