“Would order again for delivery only. Would never order for click and collect, 3 operatives in the collect area all on phones and completely ignored. One operative having finished a call said he be with me in a minute after he'd made a personal call. Wait time in excess of 15min.”

“I bought a wing mirror for my mini and went to pick it up. I put it on in the car park and when i went to adjust it it fell off and smashed. This was obviously an accident and I take full responcibility but I still needed a wing mirror and was unhappy with the response to my problem when I went back into the shop to ask for another one or some understanding or gesture of good will to order another with a discount I was flatly refused.”
