“Ordered a ring belt kit and water pump for a customer, only to find that the wrong kit was supplied. This is not the first time this has happened causing delays for my customer. I will not be using this service again as I will now be going to Motor parts direct who are local to me. Not happy.”

“Don’t make an online purchase instead go into a Branch. If they supply the wrong part you’ll wait on your refund. I supplied my Registration number when ordering brake pads online for click and collect. They were found to be the wrong ones. Staff at Branch said they couldn’t refund but gave me a returns form to fill out by pen! A few days later still awaiting refund. Some Branch staff didn’t know correct procedure and considered themselves ’removed’ from the online service!”
