“Indicator bulb for Citroen C3 Picasso. Googled the part. Looked for part. Ordered and collected. Given advice as to not touch it with bare fingers. Refitted and works brilliantly.”

“I purchased a brand new battery on 20/11/25, upon fitting it on 25/11/25, at 1/4 past 5 in the morning, my car battery still wouldn’t start. I managed to get it jump started and got to work, albeit late. When I returned back to work to collect my car I was stranded in work, as again, the car battery was completely flat. I had to get a £35 taxi home and get someone to run me back to work to jump start my car battery, AGAIN. There is absolutely no way on earth I should have been sold a battery which was not fully charged and ready for use. It’s cost me a massive amount of time & effort because of the incompetency of your store.”

“I’ve been GSF Sidcup twice in the last couple of months and each time had to spend at least 20mins waiting to be spoken to as there is always just one person serving and both times I could hear other members of staff laughing and joking out of sight but seeming to have plenty of time on their hands , maybe when there are people waiting one of them should help.”

“Dispatch very quick, delivery agents (Royal Mail) left my parcel on plain view in front of my door opposite a well used pavement. I was at work so it stayed there all day. Yet to check part as neighbour took it into theirs for me when I saw the delivery proof picture later that day”
