“I wanted to replace filters on car a normal serviceable items but one filter showed out of stock they would not order one in for me to collect from branch and had to pay for delivery and be sent to me.”

“Ordered click and collect, went to collect and they gave me the wrong item. Then after 5 minutes of searching said that the item I ordered didn't exist. Second time I've had a similar experience, won't bother using again.”

“Orderered on line. Double checked correct. when i arrived at the Northwich Branch the parts weren't ready, and then some missing.No apology, no offer of help from the counter staff.Instead they told me I must have got it wong and come back tomorrow.Asked if they could deliver to me. Told No. Not insured. Asked if could deliver to friends garage on same road. No. Cancelled order and raised complaint about customer service. Never heard a thing. Wont use again. They only want trade customers.”

“Staff at Yeovil are unhelpful as always, been handed the wrong parts again meaning I’ve had to return back to get items changed to then be told they’re not actually in stock. And had to wait days for the item to come in. Staff always seem annoyed and always seems to be an excuse of somebody’s new or in training. Many comments have been made that this is due to the store manager and no help from the area manager too they seem to gang up on the staff and they walk”

“Very bad experience. First of all parts come with multiple delivery and late. To contact online and request for return. I personally return the parts on branch 729Farnham am 06/02/2026. Still waiting for my refund. My online ref no: 100925429 46 Redan Road Aldershot GU124ST Hampshire”
