“Not the best experience when collecting a small click and collect order on this occasion. On arrival, the guy serving was helping someone else with a big and seemingly complex order, he didn't acknowledge me when I walked in, and didn't say he'd be with me. There were several other people working in the branch who were talking and laughing together but no one was asked to come and help. After he'd been and got all the heavy parts for the other customer and counted his £800 cash payment, he finally get to me and then handed over my small part, which was literally sitting under the counter with my receipt attached.”

“Ordered right hand caliper, only it was a left one. So they had a right one coming for 12.16pm. I had already travelled 14 miles to pick it up, so had to travel back again another 14 miles. But at least it was the correct one. After doing a round journey of a total 54 miles...”

“No one informed me that the order was ready even tough it was ready. Only found it when arrived at the premises. Order was mentioning availability for next day 10 am. Could be better on communication for readiness.”

“Other mondeo mk3 egr parts on the market were cheaper but went for this one. On the one received I am not sure why the identifying marks on the cap were mechanically scubbed out. Makes one suspisious that a cheap one has be sold at higher price.”

“I bought a part and paid online and it took 2 days firstly and when I went to pick it up from Luton branch I took over 20 mins because there was only one person on the till and the shop was full of customers. There were four other staff looking through the window behind the till but on one come to open the other till available. Very bad impression as a first time buyer. I will stick with Euro parts where I normily shop.”
