“Ordered cr batteries (2 which were delivered seperately). Both came appearing to have packaging damaged in transit. This turned out to be battery acid leakage which has resulted in damage to my clothing (jeans) and could have damaged floor in house if not spotted and identified as acid rather than the box being wet on base due to external conditions. Whilst battery was wrapped in a plastic bag, packaged in padding and then in carboard box, all 3 layers had been compromised. This is really a review of how bad the shipping company was. Ordered a different battery from another company and arrived without issues.”

“Have waited over a week & I still haven't got my car parts tried the email link to only get a email back saying this email is not monitored what is the point of that. Tried the phone number was on hold for over 30 mins in the end I gave up.Will give to the of the a second week then go to one of there stores in person buy the parts Then let them no what I think of there mail service or lack of & ask for my money back for the none delivered items”

“Website was showing items in stock and can be collected from the branch. Paid straight away and drove all the way down just to find out that items need to be ordered and it will take 4 days to be delivered and I need to be back again to collect items as Luton branch does not deliver to Toddington.. customer service failed in every aspect and fix your website/email correspondence as already received email saying “thanks for collecting your items” what a nonsense as I have not been yet to collect it. One cashier on the till, spent another half an hour waiting just to have a chat and back staff pretending they do not see people in the queue..what is the point of having transparent window behind the till then?”

“I ordered online on the 2-3 day delivery, 8 days later my order was shipped. 2 emails, 2 attempts at the chat facility and 30 mins on hold and still no response to find out where my order was. Parts turned up 10 days after ordering and after another 35 mins on hold waiting to talk to someone finally got through and managed to get a refund authorised and free return of parts. Not great service.”

“It took 2 visits to get the partds Ordered on Wednesday ,promised for 10 AM Thursday , parts not there on friday am ,eventually arrived at depot 11 am Saturday Parts where correct”
