“Part received with packaging opened and dirty with oil. Goods damaged and unable to fit. Obviously a returned item that was sent out again. I lost 48 hours in time before I got the item replaced and lost my Internet discount on the item because a GSF parcel packer decided it was a good idea to dispatch obviously defective goods.”

“I ordered a car part, which arrived promptly and immaculate. To add to the excellent service, the car part was not the correct one that needed repair. I called the GSF Blecthcly Office and spoke with Ben, who said I could return it to them. They would do the paperwork and send it to Head Office for me to get a refund. Great Service. I highly recommend it!”
