“Really impressed with the service. I didn't receive my order within the timescale suggested. (Not sure if it was actually sent originally). I called and spoke to customer services who resent my order and was received within two working days without any fuss or daft questions. We all make mistakes and it is the way complaints are resolved that demonstrates how good companies actually are. Thumbs up to GSF.”

“Everything is great unless you wish to use the returns process, I took my item back to the local branch as directed, they did not know how to process the return as they said it had been updated and they did not know what to do, so after a few phone calls, I had to fill in a paper sheet then walk away and be told just wait for head office to handle it now. Not acceptable get your act together as your poor staff have no training or idea on how to deal with a return”

“Great Company to deal with and good value, I had quite a lot of communication with different people due to the fact I Had Ordered The Wrong Parts. Realising that tried to cancel my order but unfortunately it had been processed. But returning my parts was no problem and must say that through out my whole experience everyone was very supportive and polite. It was all my Fault and really sorry to have caused so much bother and expense to GSF. This Company deserves your custom and would recommend I for one will definitely make This Company My First Call Thank GSF”
