Was to be delivered Wednesday, but came Thursday. Only 44Ahr, not 45 as on website. Not tall enough to fit, +d plastic lid to hold. Entering reg. № should have got 1 that fits? Working fine now so good.

Really fast delivery and great communications about when items will arrive. However, GSF are really slow to process refunds and significantly less communication about the status of a refund for returned items. It should be the same experience when buying or returning. I’ll think twice about using GSF for this reason.

I ordered my item over 1 week ago still mot arrived. I called gsf 19.8.24 someone said they would get the tracking number but still not item arrived and no call back.

An error was made with my order so I notified Customer Service by a quickly answered phone call. I was very impressed with the way they resolved the problem without any fuss or inconvenience to me. Very customer focused.
