“I have been satisfied with the service provided during previous purchases, but was disappointed on this occasion. Of 4 parts that I ordered online for my vehicle, only 1 was available at my local branch and I was obliged to buy the items from another supplier. Routine service parts for popular car modele should always be available.”

“O line service is brilliant but in store is terrible when i called to buy parts the staff very rude b3couse i asked why such a big price diffrence on line oand instore i only called in becouse i jeeded them asap ended up orderin o. Lin3 and doing a click and collect but to be honest i wilk not be returning to the durham store wikk be on line if i need anything else”

“Parts ordered online,OK collection a day or two later, OK only to realise incorrect oil filters supplied. Despite a telephone call to branch most unhelpful response, 5 emails later 3 of which bounced back noreply even though 'any quires do not hesitate to email ' what are we supposed to think!!!!!! And still without resolve!!!”
