“This was a part for a friends car, fuel pump. Hood price, good quality and was in stock. Worked fine once installed. The only downside was the part was ordered online on a bank holiday but next working day I was never contacted or email sent to me. I had to ring head office to find out.”

“I ordered wiper blades from GSF after entering my number plate, but they sent the wrong parts. I then spent months trying to sort it out. Their online chat was useless, three emails were ignored, and when I finally received a response, I was told it was too late to return the items or get a replacement. That response is hard to justify, especially for a non-perishable item that was supplied incorrectly in the first place. My experience with GSF customer service was extremely poor: slow to respond, difficult to contact, and ultimately unwilling to resolve their own mistake. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again and would strongly recommend buying elsewhere.”
