“Online was ok but the in-store pickup was horrendous. There was one customer being seeing to. His order was long. There was only one person serving while there were plenty of other members of staff there. The queue behind me grew constantly and yet no other staff members stepped up to the counter to help serve and clear the long line. Never again. Absolutely pitiful.”

“Ordered a car battery on Saturday at 5-30 for collection on Tuesday. When i arranged for someone to collect they were told it wasn’t in yet and i must have missed the cut off for delivery that day and to go back tomorrow. Went again the following day and still not delivered so had to take another equivalent’ battery.”

“Very bad experience. I made an order online and came to collect it on the specified date. They asked me to pay for the order, which I did. Then, the person said the order wasn't ready and I should wait. I waited 20 minutes, then I asked when it would be ready. He went to check the warehouse and then told me they did not have 5 items from my order of 7 items. And we started making refunds for these 5 items. Ridiculous.”
