“Ordered online using my registration for my car Parts arrived were not compatible. Returned them to a store and was told that as it was an online order, it’s a different process. Completed a form in store, it has been almost 10 days now and no sign of a refund. Giving 2 stars for the fact the parts were delivered to me quickly and the price was good, even if the parts were wrong!”

“Parts arrived, clearly been leaking oil, unable to get hold of anyone when ringing up. Finally after a day someone messaged me back on the web chat and advised I’d need to go to branch for a refund. The entire reason I had it delivered was to save going to branch. Extremely poor customer service, there any many other motor factors out there that I’ll be trying next time.”
