“Truly shocking service, failed to send out my order and then failed to respond to any messages sent regarding this. After almost three weeks I only for a response after threatening to report them for taking my money, not providing the good and then repeatedly ignoring my requests. The customer service team claims to be very busy and it is unsurprising if simply do not send out order irgnor you and try to keep your money.”

“I ordered an oil filter and 2 ball joints, they only sent me the oil filter. I've been trying to contact them for 3-4 days but no one answers. Finally I got it.”

“Ordered online, text received to say parts in. Drove to Saltash no parts. Told they were in stock at Plymouth South branch again ordered online text to say ready to collect drove there parts ordered not in stock. Given an upgraded set got home wrong parts had to wait another day so delayed start to our motorhome holiday. Not impressed at all”

“Poorly packed parts arrived damaged from online order. Diffilcut to get through to customer services, would be useful if the phone number was on the contact page of the website. Maidstone staff very helpful though and helped me get it resolved.”

“Part of order returned to supplier rather than sent out for delivery. I was waiting for over 2 weeks before I was informed what had happened after chasing for a second time. Still no refund despite having placed the original order over 5 weeks ago. Disappointing customer service. Will not be using again”
