“There were 3 salespeople, only one was serving with a customer who had a warranty problem. A further salesperson came out to help the the current customer. Meanwhile 3 customers were just stood around waiting for a be served and the other salesperson was sat in his chair looking at his computer Rubbish service”

“I ordered a Hella EGR Valve for my Kia Sportage on Monday 9th Feb. Your website stated In Stock and order within 5 hours for next day free delivery. When I placed the order I had no other option than to pay a delivery charge of £3.99 which I found out later was for a special delivery. This was stated with a delivery of 2-4 days but was not absolutely clear what this meant as lower down there was still a banner saying next day delivery. I was desperate for the part so placed my order. However, on the Tuesday I had not heard or received anything so called your Customer Support only to be told the item had been ordered from the Manufacturer/Supplier and would be with me either Thurs/Fri and I would receive an update email. As, once again, I had not heard anything by Thurs afternoon I rang Customer Support again stressing again how desperate I was for this part that was on your website as In Stock and was told you would have to contact the Manfc/ Supplier for an update. I then received an email saying the item was on Back Order and would be available in 2-3 weeks. This was totally unacceptable so I requested the order be cancelled and a full refund given. Your website is still giving the inaccurate and confusing information, your Customer Support representatives were quite abrupt and could have been more helpful in ensuring I did not waste several days in trying to aquire this item that obviously was not In Stock. I have used GSF quite a bit over the years but normally do Click and Collect from your branches and have never had any problems. This is the first time I have tried a Home Delivery and definitely will not be doing it again.”
