“Car part didn’t arrive and spent weeks trying to get you to agree to a refund. Spent hours on the phone, contacting you through your form and via Facebook. Finally got you to agree to a refund in which it took a month and many more phone calls to get it into my bank”

“GSF used to be my go to place for Audi/VW parts, however there's a lot more competion and choice out there now. They still offer good value some times, but the web-site is a bit clunky. eg you can't order 4 No. filters before going to checkout.”

“I made this order 3 times and everytime in branch they inform me that they didnt got it. That's lead to cancelled my appointment with mechanic in garage 3 times.as u know it's diffecult to book with mechanic”
