“Usually have an excellent experience with GSF but ordered parts with an offer of free screen wash on click and collect. None was given and when I questioned the woman on the counter (Chorley branch) she offered no apology and told me to email customer support. Not a big deal but if offering a gift it should be given.”

“I ordered an ignition coil unit for a Peugeot 308 1.2 at about 4 pm. It was ready to collect the next morning at 9.00 am. Fitted exactly and worked properly (it was a Bosch one) and at a good price. The counter staff were very friendly and helpful.”

Paid for delivery that was estimated to arrive within 2 working days, a week later I asked where my parts were and was simply told that a courier had my package and that it would be delivered within 5 working days. Where are my parts!!!! It’s almost been 2 weeks, original time was 2 days.”
