“I went to collect items from Accrington depo ordered online so guy bought the order out and asked if he can check if the parts fit my vehicle just make sure I don't have to travel he was bery rude no customer help soon us I went to counter there was 2 of them on phone I waited good 5to 10 minutes before the can say I word they could have knowledge me being there and say we won't be long nothing faces on like something stuck up there backside”

“Tried to order products via click and collect. Website locked me out and I couldn't update my password. Spent an hour communicating with online chat. Still no joy until 24 hrs later. Price of parts over Internet was significantly cheaper than over the counter. When I couldn't do click and collect, I went to store and asked them to match the price. They wouldn't. Why not make items the same price online as in the store. It would save a lot of time If I knew I was getting the best deal over the counter, then I wouldn't have to go to the store for a quote, then check on line, order on click and collect, and then return to the store, in order to get the best deal. I want my parts supplier to be reliably the best value available, with no quibble. No fussy shopping around.”
