“Made an order Wednesday and the web page said order within 4 hours for delivery by Friday, the order confirmation email said delivery in 2 to 4 working days, 5 working days later and I didn’t receive either the parcel or even confirmation that it has been shipped, emailed customer support and waited 3 days to be told they didn’t send the order through to the supplier. Canceled the order and got the parts from AutoDoc in 2 days.”

“Ordered car wipers front and back both, front one fits but back one is wrong size but I have checked with my car on the their app, and app said it’s will fit, I have returned it next day, no refund issued, they don’t pick up phone call, don’t respond on online chat, very disappointing with their customer service, not recommended at all”

“Absolutely Useless!! Everything i have ordered for my 2005 ford transit van has been wrong or not arrived on time !! Drive shaft wrong part twice !! Water pump arrived damaged and wrong part !! Brake pads wrong part !! The listing goes on !! Gave them my reg from the start and still managed to f++k it all up !! Will never use them again!! I will say though... Nappa sorted everything first time with no hassle at all !!”
