“Very disappointing experience. I came in to discuss returning a recently purchased battery and was spoken to in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner by a female member of staff. She made no effort to listen, explain properly, or show basic customer service. I understand store policies, but there is no excuse for how I was spoken to. A simple respectful conversation would have been enough. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t recommend this place.”

“Ordered a battery was emailed to say collect after 10am next day. Went to pick up, no battery was told that it wouldn't be in until the next day. Ended up having to buy a more expensive one as I needed it that day and didn't want to make another 20 mile round trip. Reckon it was a sales ploy to buy a more expensive part. I'll stick with Tayna next time and will think twice about GSF.”
