“Ordered 10 x 10 litres of adblue online on saturday for click and collect at my local Norwich store (15 miles away) as it said it was in stock ready to collect on the monday. When I arrived to collect I was told that they didnt have the stock and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. What a waste of my time. I told them I wouldnt be able to get back until Friday at the earliest which didnt go down too well cause the order would be "in their way". Between Monday and Friday i received 2 emails and a phone call reminding me yo collect the order, which I had paid for, before it gets returned to stock? If GSF didn't give false stick information online it have saved me an extra 30 mile round trip, which atbtodays fuel prices isn't cheap. Sort it out GSF and stop wasting people's time and money”
