“I rang the customer services line which I believe is based in Birmingham and the parts that I was advised were the wrong parts for my vehicle and therefore I had to return them causing delays and unnecessary cost. However the advice and service received at the Feltham branch was amazing and parts exchanged were the right parts for my vehicle.”

“Placed an order on 14/4 - awful customer service. Placed an order on 14/4, advised on screen, order now to get delivery tomorrow. Email from DPD to say dispatched, to then get another saying still waiting on part from supplier. Zoe at @GSF said 3-5 days - now 14 days since ordering, nothing. Emailed them, to get a response back saying, sorry for the delay, how can i help - it was on the email you are replying too. Inept company and staff, still no refund or part.”
