“Price of item in store was more expensive than online. I had to purchase the item online , whilst standing in the store which took time. This shouldn't happen. All in all though a good store to purchase from , staff always helpful.”

“When purchasing battery on line it said the item was available at the Exeter branch.. When I arrived to pick it up it was not. I was told that it had to be ordered specially. I had to make another journey to collect”

“Locality is a massive bonus. The website was a easy to navigate with a variety of payment options. The website had a massive range of stock available to view and readily available in store to click and collect from pumps to paints. Online response was rapid and efficient. In store is as well organised as the website with a range of “ Forget me nots“ on the shelves to browse through. Service was friendly. The prices are also kind and sympathetic. The free car park just across the road is another bonus. I’ll be back!”
