“Make sure to be careful if you are ordering a part online and need it by a certain day, I was shown that my order would be delivered in 2 days of me ordering but then told it would be the next week instead of the Saturday like the details started at the time , so it meant a full weekend wasted as I could of gone elsewhere for the part. I only ordered due to the fact I’d have it by the Saturday and then told learn if it comes from the manufacturer then it takes longer. I was not happy.”

“You quoted the wrong parts. The assistant in store corrected this at my request. She was great. The right product was £50 more expensive. I would not have come at that price as I do not live in that area.”

“The parts were sent promptly----how ever the order was not correct as the front brake discs were the wrong size for my DT66ORH. My registration number was stated correctly and the part dia. should have been 342mm and NOT 305mm. This caused a severe problem to my installer. your web prog with registration parts order need to investigate as why this happened.”
