“I ordered for parts and it wasn’t delivered completely. There are still some missing. I called their office and they are yet to get back to me. I can’t repair my car and I have to go to work. I’ve called twice already and they said they’ll send me an email. I’m so disappointed that no one is taking this up, and I feel left alone. It’s really really unfair”

“I ordered a car battery online. Delivery was quick. Order number 1009867871. However, the battery arrived wet. There was moisture inside the plastic bag and the spill matt inside was also saturated. I emailed the address provided in the order confirmation email, "If you have questions about your order, you can email us at ecomcustsupport@gsfgroup.com". The email bounced back as the email box is not monitored. The phone number is only available during normal office hours so someone that works normal office hours isn't able to contact the company. Overall, the lack of accessible customer support combined with the condition of the product makes this a frustrating experience. Based on this, I would not recommend using GSF.”
