“Home delivery was shocking!! Got 1 part of 5 and then nothing. Had to ring and tgey said be there soon but nothing came. I ended up going the euro car parts for the parts in the end and doing a charge back on my card as money wasn't refunded. I would use the branch but never home delivery again”

“Eastleigh Branch I ordered and collected a new throttle body for my car, it wasn't until i got home to fit it that i found it wasn't the right 1 in box (correct box and model number wrong part in box) Had obviously been sent out previously to a garage most likely and been swapped ordered wrong 1 previously and removed the correct 1 or dearer 1 sending back the wrong or cheaper 1 on purpose or maybe staff in warehpuse or delivery driver may of swapped it doing a mate or garage they associate with a special offer buy the cheap 1 ill make sure you get wrong 1 sent out but dearer 1 and 1 you need. Anyway went back next morning to return it and hopefully get correct 1 knowing none in stock locally and nearest 1 available was all the way up in surrey at chessington branch, myself being in hampshire. The regular guy on counter very chertful and helpful (black bristish) went above and beyond to investigate and let his superior know and done a few checks to see if correct was about He couldn't find it and said to his superior can you order 1 for delivery today as he came back through to the front counter from office/warehouse and assured me it will be here without fail after 2pm and on his word when i went back literally just after 2pm it was there ready and waiting on his counter and was going to look into it deeper on his computer to trace back when it last got brought and collected or went out on a delivery van to find the culprit, garage, customer or a delivery driver who technically thieved it and swapped it for a different 1 Excellent service from him gpimg out way for his customers can't fault him. Just check your goods if you collect or recieve a delivery to make sure its not been switched unfortutnatly its well known for garages and mechanics to do that switch items.”
