“After Paying in full online and arriving 2 days later your store, only half the order had been picked but online at time of order was in stock, thereford cost me time to return next day again plus the vehicle in question is required every day by a keyworker and its critical for the vehicle to be working asap. in future will be calling the store firstly before ordering and paying.”

“A phone call to my nearest branch 30 miles away confirmed they had the correct part on stock, as there were 3 possible parts that would fit, but only one identical to the one on the. Vehicle I was working on. The person checked the actual part while on the phone. Always very helpful”

“No issues with GSF, parts as described, order ready on time. However, do note the opening times for your local branch, Saturday afternoons are usually "shut early".”

“Got the oil filter wrong. Doing service on a Saturday at 7.15 which granted is late but shouldn't have to stress about it being the wrong oil filter provided.not hard to check part numbers according to reg 🤦”

“Very poor , I put my reg number in on their website and it recommended batteries to fit my car , I ordered a battery and went to store to pick it up , it was half the amp hours needed for my vehicle so had to return it and wait three days for my money to be returned even though this day and age money goes from your account instantly , to make matters worse I tried buying another battery , went to collect it and it was too big to fit in my vehicles battery tray so once again had to wait 3 days for the payment to be returned , I’ve since bought my battery from elsewhere who recommended a suitable battery first time”

“I ordered my part using a promo code to get 30% of when I paid it didn’t look like it had taken of the discount, when I went to collect the part I mentioned this to the staff, they looked into it and said it hadn’t done it, and ask if I had done it through my mobile, which I had. They then told me that had been issue with ordering through mobiles as it was not adding the promo price, even though it was saying it had on my phone. I asked if they could refund the discount price and I was told no, I would have to take a full refund and then reorder on pc. I needed the parts as had vehicle to repair and just did not have the time to do all that as my customer was waiting for me, because of this I think I less lightly to GSF again.”
