“Part arrived. Didn’t fit despite the website saying it did. Returned items after receiving a message stating the correct parts were ready for collection. 22 miles later, at Portsmouth branch, advised that only one shock absorber had arrived. Advised they would be available today (Tuesday 24/3/26) and that they would contact me. I’m still waiting for the phone call, my refund and the order. Another customer had left the building. In hindsight I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from GSF. When over 25% are one star reviews, essentially outlining similar issues to mine, there is definitely a lack of customer service, support and communication. I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise going elsewhere for parts”

“SSANGYONG REXTON Brake discs and pads rear and front. front discs were correct but rear ones are not correct. on the website it says they only do solid discs but the ones on the car are vented. really tricky to return them still haven’t had a refund”
