Used GSF for years, always been intouch when parts are ready for collection online on the same day within half an hr or earlier sometimes, and also got parts that wasn’t available, the dukinfield branch is spot on great staff very helpful

Recently ordered brake pads and received wrong size. Subsequent request for return and refund has been met with silence. To myself that points they just aren't interested. I will try once more but don't hold my breath.

Needed a part. Found a part. Collected part. Sorted 😅 Also, Workers at the Benton branch(Newcastle)were very helpful in sorting my daughter's incorrect battery too. A+ for customer service.

Even though the number plate was used I was sent wiper blades with the wrong fitting, GSF wouldn’t refund/replace without me returning the wrong parts ( which I couldn’t get the refund) but I had to pay again for the correct parts at a higher price than what was ordered originally and now I have to wait for head office to refund me, this is not good for customer relations

I bought from these as it was next day delivery. It never turned up so I lost a days wage the day later as I couldn’t use my vehicle. Customer service was a waste of time. Never use again.

Bought a car battery click and collect text and email at 9am to say it was ready to pick up, all went well until arriving no smile no hello seems they don’t expect people to collect, big hand painted sign saying do not enter. Eventually they recognised I was there told to go outside to where the sign was to be confronted by two people looking for my battery I explained the ones I could see were not the battery I ordered, I got back you ordered a turbo battery which is gray, simply explained that the picture on the website was a black battery, oh I wouldn’t go by pictures was snapped back. But in my mind I was thinking it states to check that the battery your purchasing matches the one your replacing. Anyhow I was then told that my battery hadn’t come in after all they’d sent the wrong one, no apology having driven half and hour to get there. I was asked if I still wanted it ?! Yes of course! Well you will have to come back after three o’clock!, 3pm came I was there no hello no smile no greeting they walked off came back later and said your battery is outside by the sign. So on arriving at the sign I noticed a “black” dirty battery with my receipt sitting on the ground. Again no apology no hope you use us again nothing just someone laughing as I’m muttering to myself as I’m lifting a heavy battery in to my car with no help or offer of help about what happened to the customers always right and customer service! Won’t be rushing back there unless my battery fails based on its health 66% and overall condition suspect it’s been laying round for some considerable time! Overall my experience is very poor!
