“Service is best. Part quality is really good. Prices a lot better than other Uk retailer. I think gsf just need to work on there website most of them information is not sufficient. Like fitment details. Euro car parts there information is a lot better but they are really expensive. Prefer to buy from them as part quality and price. Well done to whole ur team. Keep up the great work.”

“Very poor communication regarding alleged "out of stock items". Ordered 2 item and only 1 was delivered --tried chat but the wait time kept changing -finally gave up. When I eventually was successful with the chat I was told the item I originally ordered was out of stock and they were having difficulty getting the item back into stock. I was informed a substitue item woud be despatched instead. Waiting on this item to be delivered(I've had no notification of the item being despatched via any courier). The 1st item was deivered direct from Sealy and that was received quickly but no communication regarding 2nd item until I made the effort after waiting a week.”

“Terrible Return Policy - Avoid This Store! I am extremely disappointed with the Leicester store GSFCarParts, a product return refrigerator. I bought a HELLA EGR Valve from them the other day, and after testing by service specialists, it turned out that the HELLA EGR Valve is not compatible or has factory defects. I decided to return the product back to GSFCarParts. But when returning the product I encountered problems, the staff explained that you cannot return products, namely parts that have been installed on the car and then removed. Their internal product return policy. I have filed a complaint about this case, I am in the process. So, the product return policy is very bad.”
