“Went to buy battery despite checking online for stock they had none, ordered one online email said ready for collection from 10am went again 20 miles was told they didn’t have a delivery until 11.30 so yet another 20 mile trip to do ,not good just went at 11.30 still not there,told to go back at 3.30 another 20 mile trip absolute waste of space”

“Compromised with an on line order because of delivery issues do did click and collect and because the Webb site said it was in stock at the local store when I went to collect the next day a staff member they did have all the items and it would. E another 24hrs and an email had been sent when bc instant customer services they said no such email had been sent and could send me a complaint link NEVER arrived”

“Ordered my parts online when I went to fit them they were wrong. Took them back and was told we don’t do them parts online, when I asked why they were listed I was told I should have rang the shop first. I asked why they were listed on website and was told the IT department know of the problem but need to address it. I wasted a lot of time by not getting the parts I wanted, also then had to buy more expensive ones because the ones I wanted were not in stock. Overall not a very happy person.”

“I ordered the parts for collection on Tuesday the 7th April got confirmation for order but then I traveled to store to find out they had sold them so I had to waited until the next day for a reorder so it to me two trips to store not to happy”

“I had given them £500 cash for a flywheel where they had given me a second hand one which was out of spec. I’d asked if they had a new one and they said they had one in another branch. I went to this other branch and they had given me another second hand one. I asked if they had another manufacturer in stock and they had said no but there is one on another store. I then drove to this third store and after explaining the situation the young man had turned around to his senior colleagues in the open plan office saying “aparently” this fella is here to exchange this; one of the senior colleagues- who I was now having to raise my voice over his open plan office had asked my if I had a trade account (I have been thinking I need one of these) to which I had said no and thought (absolutely not here now) the young man had given me my new item and I said thank you and goodbye after checking it and was just totally ignored. As a result of this I will not be going to GSF again.”
