“Great prices. Good quality parts. But their ordering system required me to find out OEM part numbers from the dealership. They then gave me their part numbers. I put those into my basket and attempted to check out, but it would not allow it. After calling them, they discovered that some of my parts, that were in stock, were blocking the checkout process. Weird. I had to make many phone calls to them and the whole process took hours in the end. With most motor factors, all that is required is my registration plate. So, great parts, great prices but terrible website and database system.”

“Terrible service ordered 7 items on the 4th , after 14 still nothing so send email, no reply a few days later sent another again no reply after another week or so someone replys and says they will re order a few days later i get 1 item the next day 2 items so another email and im told they cant deliver them all at once ? 25 days later i finaly get the order”

“The part never arrived despite calls to inform gsf of the wrong postcode being used. We waited in for 2 days. After speaking to gsf and giving the correct address and postcode the part was still trying to be delivered to the wrong address. Had to ask for a refund.”

“Ordered an alternator and belt for a VW Tiguan at no point was it indicated that the two items would arrive separately! Needing them Both together to fix my car! Over a week later I was advised the belt would be arriving separately! After paying extra for fast delivery I am still waiting for the belt to arrive!”
