“Ordered click and collect, to pay in store. The Penryn store refused to add the discount code I had applied to the basket, and repeatedly tried to lie to me. The store manager also tried to blame the online system, stating it was ‘new’ and ‘only been active for 12 months. I have been ordering online from GSF for over 3 years. I’m not going to be using GSF again, particularly the Penryn branch.”
