“I have been using you for a while and mainly for click and collect at Welling branch. It is always said that the item is ready for collection. All my visits for the collections were atleast twenty minutes wait before I receive my purchase. I believe it should be quicker for collections and reccomend that to be looked at, hence I give one star only.”

“Ordered on line was told it would be available for collection in 30 minutes but when I went to collect it was not available till the next day customer not happy about the delay had to supply a curtesy car till the following day until the part arrived”

“I bought a back box from them. My wife picked it up and didn't notice it had a damaged pipe. The shop more or less said it was ok when it was sold. One person from the shop said that when exhausts are delivered they are propped up against the wall and usually fall over. I got nowhere with the shop so I contacted their CEO, Jonny West, and he didn't even have the decency to reply to me emails. Take my advice but from somewhere else. They are in no way the cheapest and if you have a problem you are on your own. You can judge a lot about a company by the behaviour of it's CEO. Theirs is a disgrace who couldn't give a poop about it's costumers.”

“Friendly staff, pleasant and very helpfull. I had to wait to pick up my pre-order in the shop for around 10-15mins as the staff member was trying to help existing customers multiple complex requests excaerbated bt a language barrier. Waiting was no issue for me but o was impressed by the staff members professionalism and patience and aknowledged me waiting while attending to the prior customer.”
