“Ordered parts online , the system was displaying them as available and in stock I paid and received confirmation, no product arrived , I received a email 4 days later stating there was an error in the system and the parts weren't available, a refund was processed which took 4 days to reach my account, and was given a 25% off code for future purchases, however couldn't use it as like normal there was already 25% off parts online anyway and only one can be used per purchase, so basically a apology code that can never been used due to permanent discounts for online users. I tried again for a different product only to be told that the product in question albeit the same part just a different manufacturer was also unavailable, I cut my losses and ordered elsewhere. Such a shame”

“Ordered on line a full service kit for a 2015 2.0 Golf at a discounted price. Oil and diesel filter were fine, cabin and air filter were incorrect. Reason given - that’s what sometimes happens when you order online - no apology offered. Items returned and correct filters identified but at an extra cost and original discount not applied - should have gone to Euro Car Parts in the first place.”
