“You need to change the customer service representative who serves the customers because I found that person very rude when I entered the shop. I was buying my car 12 V battery and very humbly and politely I stood behind the person who was in front of me and to the customer service representative, the guy with the Glasses I said good afternoon and instead of him answering me in a polite way he said to me to wait in the queue and not move ahead and I just smiled at him and I said i’m not going anywhere don’t worry I’m in the queue and I reiterated that I said good morning to him but that person is not fit for purpose so if you want serious business remove the person immediately from that post and put someone who can serve or greet your customers in a nice and polite manner, thank you very much.”
