“Easy to order a new windscreen wiper, and the price seemed good. However, there was a very long wait to collect it in store, due to slow handling of previous costomers and difficulty in finding the part”

“Ordered 4 items Thursday, email said they would be in Friday. Went to gsf Aintree on saturday, only two in. Email received Monday telling me to pick up. To make sure I rang and customer service person said they are in. Went in and they were not in. Third time they were in (6 days later) . A total of 1 hour 55mins travel time plus diesel for £8 worth of goods. No compensation offered. Very poor.”

“Ordered on line and didn't get a confirmation, had to phone branch who wasn't very helpful, so phoned customer service...after waiting 20 mins and persuading the person to double check and call the branch to make sure my battery was actually in stock”
