“I saw what I wanted online, but decided to go to the store and get it as I needed it urgently. I saw the item, but it was about 4 time more expensive. I inform that I wanted the price I saw online. The sales rep said it's the online price only. I decided to get it online, which I did. I then waited over 30mins before my purchase came through.”

“Needed a battery for my Honda Accord check prices GSF definitely the cheapest battery was originally £99 down to £72 before I went on holiday when I returned a week later battery was down to £64 with three year warranty and in stock click and collect good communication excellent service excellent price”

“There's a few ways to buy service parts these days, these undercut their main rival by a decent amount. They also undercut a large European supplier, but with a next day pick-up, not a week. I've used them for suspension parts and their system to find matching parts seems to be way better than their main rival. My branch has some really helpful staff that are happy to give out matching codes for parts and go that extra mile to check stuff. Some of their own brand parts are probably not that good, I'm thinking brake friction material specifically, but other suspension parts seem to have lasted ok. Oils meet various specs as well, so I'm using them. They are now starting to get a bigger range as far as online options go, but they can find other manufacturers through their system, so calling in store can be more useful than just relying on the website.”
